    I'm abundantly happy in all respects, particularly with Jacqueline in sales. Service writers, and head of service and parts all seem nice and customer focused. Scott Hatchett is visible a lot as well, a good thing.

    Everyone was kind and very helpful. I was treated with respect. The purchase portion was easy, I was told the offers available as far as warrantees, but not pressured. A very pleasant experience.

    For the most part, your people always meet our needs and are very pleasant and helpful. My wife and I never regret going there and having our vehicle serviced as the waiting area is neat and clean and there are several things one can do.

    From your service tech meeting me at the car to speaking with Walker Russell to speaking with my salesman Mike Hauschild, the experience was completely satisfactory. Even when I came back to the dealership, your service tech saw me enter through the front door and came to me to let me my car was done. Everything was just like being treated by a family member. Love it.

    Everyone was very nice, from my service advisor Aaron to courtesy transportation to the reception desk. They got my car back on the road and shining like new money from the courtesy wash.

    We went to a lot of dealerships the same weekend and all felt like a team of vultures were decending on us except at EVERY Scholfield dealership. It was so nice to talk to people and feel like we weren't constantly being sold. We found another vehicle we liked at a different dealership, but went with Scholfield because we liked it so much. Jimmy was fantastic to work with!

    It was a comfortable environment, and our sales person was very helpful and tolerant of our terrible 2 year old who was along for the trip. The only issue we had was that the vehicle we were sold was said to have wi-fi capabilities and once the purchase was complete it was found to not have the wi-fi. It was a dissapointment since we had decided that would take the place of a dvd player for our children. Otherwise it was a great experience.

    Mike and Tyree were so helpful and gave no pressure which was which was not the car buying experience I was expecting. My family has worked with Mike before and he was definitely a good choice for my first buy. I'm so glad Scholfield was my first stop!

    The atmosphere is very professional and inviting. Your staff was knowledgeable. We shared a story with our Sales Manager (Jason Hess) and the Fleet Manager (John McEwen) about a different car company that we checked out while looking at trucks and how disappointed we were in them (we'll never go back to that company). We were very pleased with Scholfield and Jason and John. The Finance representative was also very helpful.

    We were just going to look, but everything worked out beyond our expectations, so we ended up trading with you. We couldn't have been treated better. It was a long transition tho, 5 hrs. Would be nice if things could have been speed up as to not take so long.

    Always treated with courtesy and respect. There was a delay in returning my Yukon on the first day, but I appreciated the need to run a thorough diagnosis on the Intellilink system to assure it was working properly.

    Second trip to replace trim piece on passenger seat because the first one received was the wrong color. All of the work was done well and the service, etc., was very good. 'Just did not appreciate making a second trip because of an error.

    The service adviser is personable, communicative, and interested in assuring issues are addressed appropriately. The work has been provided as promised. My only comment is that it was difficult for me to understand how the wrong color part for the second row seats could be sent to Scholfield given the fact that it is a 2015 GMC Yukon. I will make a second trip on Thursday for the correct part to be installed.
