The prices are set and they mention an extended warranty but don't brow beat you to purchase it. I really… appreciated Dylan and Matt. They both were genuinely friendly and helpful. The RAV 4 that I bought is immaculate-- almost looks brand new even with 53,000 miles on it.Buying car

Devin Powers was the young lady I had the pleasure to work with on my purchase. I asked for a… certain car and she was able to deliver exactly what I had asked for in my new car. Friendly staff throughout the building (Dillon and Dakota) both where just as amazing when it came to customer service. So all in all if you are ina market for a used car I recommend starting here if you want to be treated like you are the only customer that matters. Hats off to the entire staff at the Enterprise Merriam location.Good customer service

by ATaylor89 on 06/17/2015I was in need of a new car... 15 yrs for the last one I purchased at Enterprise Car Sales. I did a lot of research! Chose the car I wanted and contacted the sales office. Within 5 days I was driving my new car off the lot! I was nervous… about getting the car... in actuality - I have never had a car I "wanted", just a car for basic driving purposes - necessity. This one I fell in love with. I was so pleased when I met my Asst sales manager Jesse Arcobasso. He understood my apprehension about how vastly different this car would be from the one I was bringing in for trade in. Answered every question I had - like a friend would not a pushy sales person. We had fun!!! I felt truly comfortable with the process... not overwhelmed and thrown under water.
