  • CarMax will sell you a car that will fail an inspection

    Great Sales experience, awful business experience. Expect to be lied to in the business office. If you meet with Tyler Sparks request someone else. CarMax will sell you a car that fails an inspection, offer you a refund on the fixes and… then refuse to pay, saying they "don't do that."
