Great overall on a used car
by Desotoks on 12/12/2015I had heard things on the radio about this dealership. When i had to find a used car replacement i looked at them. I have never had this type of service buying a car. I sent an email on 2 cars they had them ready for us when we got down… there. We took them my ourselfs for test drive. Jeff the sales person never tried to sell us anything. We did not have to go though the games to buy a car. Go from one office to other then even found a lower rate then the loan we were preappoved for. Jeff did things that went way beyond what we ask for. Not this dealership is 45 mins from home but i think i will take our other fords down there for service when we need it. They even fill up the tank with fuel. I would buy from them again.GREAT FOLKS, NO HASSLES BUYING A CAR
by bigdaddy85 on 07/11/2010This is the second Ford that I have bought from Louisburg Ford in the last two years. I have a Ford Supplier X-plan discount, so it is not a problem getting a fair price. What makes it worth the drive is the personal attention that we get… from the sales manager, Jeff Graham. Jeff has been great about helping us order the right car with the features we wanted. The most recent purchase was an Escape for my daughter, and it took her a few weeks to make up her mind on what she wanted. Jeff was very patient in answering several e-mails and phone calls, and provided lots of helpful information. When we picked the SUV up, Jeff spent a lot of time setting up the SYNC system for her and showing her all the features of the vehicle. We have four Ford vehicles in our family now, and I am a big fan of this dealership. It is a short drive, and well worth the trip.
