    Dealer's service center did a good work however, it costs $150 more than quotes from other Chevrolet dealers. I took it there only because I bought it from them.

    Our vehicle has been serviced by Shottenkirk multiple times, we liked the idea of a Chevy certified dealer working on our vehicle so we would know that everything was done correctly and up to Chevy standards. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. First and foremost, the communication received from Shottenkirk left much to be desired. We were initially told that our cars issues were the result of the wrong coolant being put into our car. When we explained to them that they are the only people who have had/put fluids into our car the story changed. Now we were being told that there was not enough coolant protectant in the car, causing the fluid to freeze. It was only when they realized that our car is under a rebuilt title that they switched their story back to the wrong fluids were put into the vehicle. Upon inspection of the bill from our vehicle Shottenkirk promises that they will inspect the coolant level, and reservoir to make sure there are no cracks or leaks and to ensure the proper amount of coolant is in the tank. Our vehicle was last inspected by Shottenkirk at the end of September and we were now having coolant issues at the end of December/early January. When asked if they check the coolant every time the car is in the shop, they responded “they are supposed to.” After we addressed this issues with Shottenkirk, we were initially told that due to communication issues they would assist with our bill. We were then informed that because they had given us an estimate of the price they were no longer willing to negotiate even though the price we paid was over $300 more than the estimated price. We were told that our experience will be used as a learning experience for Shottenkirk, so they can try not to have these issues in the future. I urge you to reconsider taking your vehicle to Shottenkirk before you also get stuck with a bill of $1300 so they can learn a lesson in customer service.

    The man that help me was very helpful, I told him what was happening with the car and he knew what was the problem and was able to fix while I waited comfortable in the waiting area. I enjoy the tea.

  • Super fast excellent service

    This service was for a quick lub and tire rotation and is part of the benefits given me when I purchased a 2012 Impala from the dealership last year. The job was done quickly and the car was washed. Excellent service

    First,balthe staff I have delt with at this dealership seem to be very easy going and to talk with and that is A plus I my book. My service was delayed because of them being busy so they provided me with a loner until my problem was resolved. My original appointment was for 10AM. It was about to return thank pick my vehicle up shortly after 3PM.

    I had a piece of metal in my tire. They are under warranty, and a new tire had to be ordered. I returned the next day and it was fixed.

    They completed the recall work and other requested services timely, notified me the work was done and the shuttle picked me up and got me back to the dealership.

    The service manager absolutely cares about our family needs in addition to making sure the vehicle is repaired on time. Awesome customer service and we appreciate working with him. Even if our vehicle needs repaired it takes the burden of being without it when working with the service department. 20 out if 10

    I am very pleased with the prompt attention I received and how quickly my oil change was completed. I found all members of your staff to be very helpful and each took time to explain things well to me. Recommendations were given for future preventative maintenance with respect given to how that impacts a budget. The service person was very helpful to prioritize the maintenance items for me so I could work them into my future budget throughout the year. How awesome to have the car completely cleaned after the oil change!

  • Johnny On the Spot

    I drove in to get an oil change, the guys that greeted me were Johnny on the Spot and very courteous. They asked questions. Took my vehicle. Came to me with concerns regarding filters, the concerns addressed. I was out the door within 25 minutes with new filters, an oil change and my vehicle washed. :0)

    I brought my car in at the last minute on the Friday morning before a holiday weekend because it had just started acting up. Matt made sure they worked it in and gave me a car to drive in the meantime. It was a smaller vehicle so less than ideal, but very convenient to have a vehicle ready without waiting around. They also found the time to fix all recalled items as well which I appreciated. Very friendly and efficient!!

    All associates were extremely friendly and answered all my questions. They even went out of their way to advise me of a sale that was starting soon and to wait to get service done so I could reep the benefits.   • Equinox Radio Updates

    After updating my iPhone 5 to iOS 7.0.2, I was no longer able to play music from my phone through my car stereo. After talking to Apple, they said there was nothing they could do. Even Chevy's Infotainment team had failed to get my phone working again. I tried Shottenkirk, and they discovered there were 3 updates for my Equinox. After the updates were applied, I was able to play music through the USB cable again!
