    Worst experience ever. Everytime I go there they mess my car up

    Would have wished to receive a comprehensive diagnostics for all faults in the the system instead of the targeted faults and not pay for a secondary diagnostic fee.

    Had our avalanche in due to check engine light again , was advised that the pistons needed replacing again . advised cory clark that the air pump was ready to quit working , he said the part was ordered , a week later called about part , it was not ordered . also since the purchase of this vehicle we have had it in for electrical problems and have ask service department to check a rattle in the rear end ,they can never find the problem this vehicle is supposedly gm certified if this is a what gm certified represents don't think I will be advising anyone to purchase from this dealership

    Went in for an alignment, but needed wheel bearing replaced. Work was done on the axle the previous year, but was just out of part/ labor warranty. Was replaced promptly with a discount on labor services.

    Timely, knowledgeable and thorough. Diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and had the vehicle ready to go earlier than expected. No charge - warranty work.

    Unfortunately, Rydell doesn't sell Cadillacs, and didn't sell Hummers (when they were being sold) I purchased my Cadillac ELR and Hummer H3 at different dealerships. Despite another Cadillac dealers in the area I always go to Rydell for my mechanical work/warranty work and body work with all three of my vehicles although none were purchased from Rydell. They explain issues very well and do everything to satisfy their customers...... they constantly exceed my expectations! BTW - I am not related to or know any of them personally..... this is an honest review of my experiences over the years. The tech assigned to take care of my most recent issue with my ELR was Monty and he did everything possible to get my car fixed and returned to me as soon as possible.....

    Buying my first car was scary, but I was prepared with good tools and information from my dad. I tried many dealerships and decided to go with Rydell. Since then (2004) I've purchased 2 cars, utilized the service department and the collision center all at Rydell. The service people, sales personnel and support staff are wonderful. They work amazingly with your insurance during an accident, have ALWAYS gotten me a wonderful loaner car while mine was out of commission, being worked on, kept me up to date and aware every step along the way of anything and everything they're doing. No hidden charges anywhere. I've referred their services to many friends and wouldn't think twice about taking myself (to buy a car), or my car there for service again and again!
