I was dreading spending 3 days shopping used car lots. Steve sent me a text about that time and I headed to… Toyota. With the no interest plan he showed me I could get a new Corolla with manageable payments. I love the new color and am so grateful with Steved help to have a new Corolla. Pleasant experience

He later checked on us outside, answered all our questions, even compared a… couple cars for me. Jose was friendly, easy going and not a bit pushy! We ended up going home with a car! Easy
by Tomme on 02/20/2019We went to look at a specific used vehicle only to find out it was sold on our way to the dealership. We did a lot of communication via Text with Steve Henigan which made the process much easier and cut out a lot of the traditional steps.… We made an offer contingent on a repair and the counter offer was fair and quick. I have no patience for getting jerked around and I did not feel any of the normal 'car dealership' games were going on. We were in a bit of a hurry due to other appointments, but the financing process was fairly quick and painless. While we were waiting for the car to be prepped for pickup Steve took the time to explain Toyota and has totally shifted my mindset on the brand. I will certainly be back to look at Toyota's in a few years.Thanks, Tomme. We appreciate your business. Enjoy the new ride!

Secondly, Steve H. (our sales guy) has his game together and obviously… was well supported by his accounting team, manager and PR team/vehicle orientation team. Lastly, we felt they were aware of our needs and accommodating. Toyota has a good vehicle engineering history and awesome models.
