DISHONEST AF!
by GROVER525 on 09/07/2023Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I contacted to purchase a truck day 1 it was listed and said i would purchase. I offered a down payment or anything that would solidify the deal. The sales manager Dustin said they don't take down payments… and assured it would be mine. A week after it was listed, it was out of their shop for repairs and a deal was made by Kris Pauly over email. He said he would call me in the morning to do paper work. I instead waited all day for the phone call which i never got. I had to call the sales manager at the end of the day only to find out they sold it to someone else. What a waste of my week. They don't care about their customers. My money spends the same as the next guy and i was paying full asking price, so there was absolutely no reason to sell it to someone else. Why they sold it out from under me, I'll never know. But be damn sure they don't care about treating me this way and they sure won't care about treating you the same. Find another dealer, one that actually values your time. This one deserves 0 stars. And absolutely don't work with these 2 individuals. Dishonest AF!

Car purchase
