    The whole thing went very smoothly. Communication leading up to the actual visit was easy and well coordinated. I dealt with a number of people leading up to and throughout the process, but it all felt seamless and coordinated. There was one long wait to see finance, but Jeremy jumped in to expedite that when he saw the opportunity.

    Very friendly staff to work with. Had to take my Gladiator back for cracked fog light that was missed upon inspection a day after my purchase. Assuming they will take care of it. 😐

    Jeremy Pulcher is an excellent sales rep with total integrity. Sales manager Matthew Hansman will also go the extra mile to see you are a 100% happy and satisfied customer. I questioned some dealership charges on my invoice and the two of them resolved every issue to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate recommending them if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

    Salesman knew I was looking for the new Santa Cruz. One came in Friday, contacted me that day, talked on phone Saturday morning, had son & daughter-in-law stop and check out (Face-timed me), made decision to drive 150 miles to purchase. Salesman had car inspected, cleaned and paperwork ready when we got there. Less than two hours later was driving off lot in my new truck. Great job & very happy. Thanks

    I went in knowing what I wanted and David didn’t go into upsell mode. Instead he was personable and helped move the deal in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and more than willing to go over the nuances of the tech package. Great experience.

    I did not like the fact that my husband was the primary signer of the purchase paper work. I was the primary owner of my vehicle and paid for the new vehicle. Preferred man signature to the womens. It should be me as prime owner & husband as second. Oh well, is a man’s world. Thank you. Wanda Hulbert Derrick was very nice and helpful. Great to work with.

    I would like to thank Jeremy and Josh. They showed great understanding and concern to my needs. They made it happen in less than 24hr. With a healthcare job on crazy hours it was painless and stress free! I appreciated their honest approach and found a car for me! Second time back to the dealership and one day when the time comes I’ll be back again! Lastly as always the car is amazing! Warranty can’t be beat!

  • Forced GPS Tracking and Market Adjustments

    Derrick the sales person was great. Very nice and answered all questions we had. The issues started when we got into finance. First they tried to make us purchase a service package that I didn't want. I was able to finally get that off since they had no money invested in it. The big issue is they install a GPS tracking unit in the car and make you purchase a 900.00 anti theft package because they have already prepaid and installed the device. I begrudgingly accepted because they are the only Hyundai dealership within several hundred miles. They say that it's recovered several stolen cars, that is the selling point. The issue is this service is already provided via Bluelink which you get for 3 years. I figured I could just cancel with the company and maybe get a refund and then get the device removed. I was prepared to eat the 900.00 as long as i got the device removed. A week after I bought the car they called and said they were refunding me as the device was never installed. A few days after this I received activation emails from both the insurance company that handles claims and theft patrol themselves. I had to call them individually and cancel the service. A few weeks later I was messing around with settings and found out you could run a vehicle diagnostic via Bluelink in the radio. When I ran this it told me to removed the device plugged into my diagnostic port and try again. I looked and there was nothing plugged in. I started feeling around and noticed that the GPS tracking device was indeed installed and to my advantage it was horribly installed and just tucked up behind the port so I was able to remove it with no issue. I'm very upset that they first made me buy it and then second told me it wasn't installed when it was still installed and the company had activated an account and was tracking the car. The cherry on the cake is that AFTER we had our loan approved and were going with my bank for the financing, they tried to run my credit at another company even though we already agreed to my local bank financing. I know this was after because my credit is locked and this run was attempted AFTER I relocked my reports.

    Dallas Gregor was outstanding and very patient with us, while purchasing our second vehicle. With Dallas professionalism, I can gladly say that I (Julio Morales ) recommend future buyers to get in contact with him 100% no dought. I also would like to thank Luis the sales Manager for making us feel welcome as soon as he made his presence at the dealership. I wish I can say the same about the rest of the employees at the Front desk. Gossiping while your customer are present should be dealt with by corporate immediately! Once again THANK YOU to both Dallas & Luis.
