False information on vehicle
by Randy_Van_Dyke on 01/27/2018I have bought 6 - 7 vehicle from Karl cheverolet since 2007. When I do buy a used vehicle, I have a guideline I go by. #1 never buy one that was purchased at an auto auction. #2 if it's used make sure it is a local trade. #3 never buy one… that once was wrecked. So, when I get the title in the mail, I come to find out this vehicle came from the auction and was obviously not a local trade. They know my guidelines and was not told the truth. So, I call my salesman and tell him what I have found out on the truck. So, he hands me off to Gary Cron. We go over everything once again. They know I would not have bought this truck if the truth was told to me.He couldn't careless what I thought on not being told the truth. He said I could trade it in on another vehicle. Ya right, he offered me $3000.00 dollars less than what I paid for it. I only had it for 3 weeks. There is a good example of being screwed....again. Is this how a person who has bought so many trucks from them should Ben treated? I would have never thought I'd be screwed like this. Karl, I sure wish you would read some of these posts. I guess this is just the way big business is done. What a shame your employees do this type of sales. You can't be very proud....can you ?I have a humble apology I must acknowledge to Karl Cheverolet and to Carl Moyer himself. When I wrote the original review I did out of quick judgement and now with such regret. I was totally wrong on allowing myself to react with such hast and not giving the dealership sufficient time to work with me and making this right. If anyone is thinking that Karl Chevrolet contacted me and made me a deal then asked me to remove this post, well, they didn't. I have a whole new outlook and such respect for Carl Moyer and his team at the dealership. I will continue buying my vehicles solely from Karl Cheverolet. After my mistake and accusations and the experience I have had with the dealership working out this situation, I once again apologize and will honestly say, Carl Moyer is one of the classiest individual I have ever met. Thank you Mr. Moyer. Randy

Over my many years I have never experience a more positive and… relaxing purchasing experience then I did with Gene Klein. I purchased my last 2 Suburbans from him and he was very helpful and professional. by JCMCIL1 on 04/06/2016Was pushed through a deal faster than we wanted so they wouldn't have to honor addl. rebates, had to spend over an hour trying to setup free trial of XM, they didn't do it, navigation unit didn't receive the updates it should have, doesn't… work as advertised right on Chevy's website, vehicle had all 4 tires at very different pressures, even had an onstar maintenance alert triggered from it. No attempt to resolve anything despite numerous contacts by us. This is the 3rd car we've bought from Karl Chevrolet and most certainly will be the last.Karl Chevrolet Rock Stars

After signing, I met with Wes who went over the interior functions of the vehicle, set up the blue tooth and OnStar, and answered my questions. I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle trade-in and only wish that I lived closer so that I could take advantage of your service center.
