I'm not sure how Andy did it, but from Cal in parts to William in Sales, they have been absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend anyone going to Andy Mohr… Ford! It's worth the drive if you live a distance away.Great Service

After working with the sales representative for approximately 1 hour, I explained that this was a nice to have but I was content… with my current F150. He was cordial and I was on my way. The very next week, the sales rep followed up with me. He presented a potential opportunity, but it wasn't what I wanted. He continued working on my behalf and came back with more options to think about. Upon returning from vacation I contacted the rep I would come down but I did not want my time wasted. Needless to say, I walked out with a new 2014 F150 at the price we agreed to prior to arriving.great service, clean, and friendly

They listened to what I wanted (and didn't want) and made me feel like I was knowledgeable and in control. by jpridemore on 07/01/2009I that feel Andy Mohr Ford of Plainfield took unfair advantage of us when buying a new car. After doing business with them and later realizing the cost on the window sticker and the amount charged on the contract were not the same for our… new Ford Flex I am filing a complaint with the Indianapolis Attorney General. Also if anyone has tried to cancel the service contracts or tire and wheel contract without any luck I would also like to know about that. I was told that the Mohr card is not refundable when we tried to cancel it yet they have nothing in writing to tell consumers it would not be refundable.. Please don't sign ANYTHING with this dealership if you cannot account for each and ever penny. Read and understand even if it takes you hours to read all the papers and understand each charge Make sure that you DO NOT SIGN any papers concerning down payment or trade in if you have not thoroughly gone over the contract with a fine toothcomb and understand each charge. When I first contacted their sales staff through their web site I was contacted almost immediately. Any questions I had were quickly answered. When my… wife and I came to the sales center the staff made sure we were comfortable and the salesman, Dan Thomas helped us through the process. I have recommended this sales center to my friends and co-workers. It was work an hour and a half drive to get this kind of deal and service. I am now enjoying my Bright Red F 150 and get many compliments on it.Good Deals - But Watch The Add Ons
by fishb169 on 10/23/2007Leased a Ford 500. Negotiated a lower price than the MSRP to base the lease off of. Also negotiated a reduced price for the spoiler, $200.00 less than the advertised dealer price. When going over the paperwork , I found the spoiler was put… in at original price (hard to believe this was a mostake), salesman and salesmanager took it upon themselves to add $995.00 oil change and maintenance package and they added an unnecessary interior wear insurance for $600. They subsequently relented on the above described items after I refused to believe their "these services protect you" line. This is a 3 year lease, not a lifetime committment. Can't beat this dealership when it comes to inventory selection. Advertised low prices are legit, it's the unnecessary addons that they hope you will not notice at the the bottom of the contract that will cost you dearly if you don't pay attention. If it's in typewriter print or some print style other than the rest of the contract - BEWARE.2013

I explained the limits of my interest, perhaps another Fusion, concerned about the 4 cylinder vs 6 . Was told about the ecoboost… on the Fusion and was turned over to Angela who listened to my interests and concerned and showed me several appropriate cars. Since my wife and I make this kind of decision together, I set up a later appointment to come back. After the test drive, Angela helped us with the figures and turned us over to Dwayne who worked out the financing. We appreciated the low key salesmanship and that we were listened to. We were pleased with the whole process and are excited about our new Fusion.first visit

I transitioned from a lease to a purchase and this was my first time doing so. It took less than an hour to do the transaction and I was… on my way.
