  • Happy Customer

    5 out of 5 starsby Ken_C on 08/28/2019

I worked with Lamont for the purchase of an Audi A8....the car is everything he said it would be and more! Being from out of state Lamont did a great job by phone and text. He even picked me up at the airport when I flew into Indianapolis to pick up the auto. Great job Lamont and you will be recommended for anyone that I know that is in the market for a great used automobile!

  • BEWARE these guys are SCAM ARTISTS

1 out of 5 starsby Lea on 06/19/2019

I purchased a beautiful used BMW, and all warranties available from World Class Motors in Noblesville, Indiana a little over a month ago. I drove the car for a week after purchasing it, and then it sat in my driveway for approximately three weeks before I was able to drive it again. It’s a convertible, not a daily driver for me. I began having significant issues with the car and contacted Lamont at WCM to discuss bringing it in for service. I took the car in as requested and upon arrival, wrote down all of the issues that needed to be addressed. WCM gave me a loaner vehicle to drive and stated they would call me with any updates. Almost a week went by, and I hadn’t heard any news, so I reached out to the dealership. They said that they hadn’t been able to get ahold of the warranty company. I reached out to the warranty company, and they said that a claim had been started, but the additional information requested hadn’t been provided yet by the dealership. I called the dealership to advise them of the conversation I’d just had with the warranty company. Multiple times I reached out to figure out what was going on, and each time I was greeted on the phone with an exasperated tone and pushed off onto someone else. I was told that I’d be contacted with an update and never received a single phone call. Yesterday I reached out to the dealership again, and they told me the repairs were complete, but I wasn’t able to pick up the car until the warranty company issued payment. About five minutes after that phone call the dealership called me back and said that they were going to release the vehicle to me and they would then deal with the warranty company and bill me for anything remaining. I left work in my SUV to drive an hour home to pick up the loaner car and then drove an additional hour to the dealership to get my car. Upon arrival, everyone seemed confused as to why I was there, and it was evident that there had been zero communication amongst the employees. The gentleman that told me that I could pick up my car wanted the loaner because he had a customer interested in it (SO I DROVE TWO HOURS TO GET MY “FINISHED” CAR BECAUSE A SALESMEN WANTED TO SELL THE CAR I WAS DRIVING TEMPORARILY). I was given my keys (no documentation) which was odd, told that all the work was complete, then attempted to leave the dealership. Two of the issues that needed to be fixed were apparently important safety recalls, I knew of one but wasn’t aware of the other until after the fact. The service department handed me my keys and said my car was fixed. There were no longer any alerts on my dash but, I hadn’t even pulled out onto the main road before another issue arose and I turned around and went in to speak to the service department. I went into the main lobby, and because of this new issue, the service department called the service manager to explain to him the problem. The service manager wasn’t aware that the sales manager said I could leave in my car and was upset because the payment wasn’t received yet. Standing in the lobby, I called the warranty company and explained the situation. The warranty company told me that the claim would be denied because no work should have been done prior to authorization and that they were still waiting on information from the dealership. This is when I begin to get upset (still calm and respectful). I’d been lied to and pushed off so many times in this little transaction that I’d had enough. I parked my BMW off to the side and called a Uber so I could get home to my children. After this whole ordeal, I contacted another dealership and explained to them what was going on. The new dealership ran my Vin over the phone and said that no recalls had been reported fixed. I later found out that WCM can't even fix the recalls. They can lie to customers, clear alerts, and send me on my way with a dangerous car. One of the recalls was the Passenger Air Bag. My 11-year-old son rides in the passenger seat of my car! I was disgruntled and spoke to the sales manager over the phone. He told me that the OWNER stated that I was liable for the cost of the “repairs” done to my car even though it was his employees that lied, put my family in danger, and failed to follow the proper procedures per the warranty that I purchased AT THEIR DEALERSHIP! BOTTOM LINE is these “professionals” are liars and don’t care about their customers safety, or satisfaction. I am now taking my car to a different dealership for an inspection. I will never again deal with World Class Motors!

  • 2012 Range Rover Sport

5 out of 5 starsby Bob on 03/22/2019

I went to see a 2012 Range Rover Sport at World Class Motors in Noblesville and met Lamont Aldridge. he was very helpful and friendly. I took the test drive after inspecting the car. This Range Rover was in extremely fine condition so I began to talk to Lamont about a trade. He was very low pressure, so friendly and helped me through the process. I met with his supervisor and we settled on the deal. This car seems flawless and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Lamont played a big role in the sale. He was informed, had a sense of humor and very helpful in every repect. When I need another vehicle as special as this one, I will call Lamont first. I trust him. Thank you, Bob

  • Quality, Customer Service and Pricing

5 out of 5 starsby Curt on 11/15/2018

Lamont, Phil and Kinnis made my wife very comfortable while we considered purchasing an RDX for her. The price was fair, the trade-in was fair and the customer service was exceptional. No games were played. My wife really liked the RDX but it lacked a few bells and whistles important to her. Instead of letting us leave or try to sell us another car, they offered to have those items installed. I assumed that they would want us to pay separately for those items or include the cost in the selling price. Instead, they made it clear that they wanted to install those items as away to say thank you for the purchase. They also said that they would give my wife a loaner while the RDX was being serviced.
