I was assisted by Mr. Willie Haddad who went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible for my 2024 Lexus NX. He was… professional, courteous, and truly cared about providing the best experience for me. Desmond assisted in answering my questions and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. by Scott V on 04/20/2022My wife and I just picked up our 2022 Lexus RX 350 . We had a 1.25 hour ride home and it was amazing. These are crazy times getting cars nowadays and Lexus of Merrillville pulled through as promised. We only wanted the Eminent White Pearl… with Parchment interior. We were told one was coming in with our options and color choices and guess what happened. We got a call saying the vehicle arrived. To say the least we were elated. We went over the options and then scheduled a pick up day and time. Our salesperson Johnathan Vargas is a very informed knowledgable salesperson who guided us through the sales process. Johnathon introduced us to his General Manager Pete Takas who thanked us for our business and welcomed us to his Lexus family. We had a great experience at this dealership so give them a try. They promptly diagnosed my car and I was able to confirm the repairs from my cell phone while I was at work without… having to make a call. Certified pre-owned sales
by Kimberly on 07/29/2020I am having a hard time doing an overall rating normally I would give Lexus of Merrillville 5 Stars and Yes recommend family and friends but this experience has made me a little jaded. I have been looking at the same 2019 RX with 15300… miles since the beginning of June I was told that the vehicles cannot be sold pre-owned certified until a part which it needed was replaced and with C19 I had no problem waiting. Went back to the dealership 2 weeks ago vehicle still not on the lot a salesman came out gave me his card and said he would call once it was on the lot. He did call stated car was available and there was no room for negotiation the price is the price so I waited a few more weeks the car is still available and still be advertised with the same mileage and price. Today I went to see the car it was on the lot and available. Here is the kicker I am trading a 2017 vehicle with very low miles and even the dealership gave it an excellent grade per KBB, they came back at the lowest price which was fine I still have some wiggle room I was very close to saying yes. So I decide to take the 2019 RX out for a test drive and it doesn't have 15300 miles it has 20028 miles 25% more than advertised I thought I was given the wrong car. The salesman stated that someone has been driving the car than I asked how much are they taking off since it now has 5000 miles more and the answer was SAME Price no difference for an additional 5000 miles this makes no sense to me. I am sure if I brought the car I was trading with an additional 5K in miles the price would change from their original offer. In closing I have made more than 1 attempt to look at this car since the beginning of June at this point I am very disappointed with Lexus of Merrillville I am not sure why I was not called about it once it was repaired but I will see what happens over the next few days.Thank you for your feedback.
