The entire sales staff was patient and understanding while we worked through all options at Penske and at other dealerships.

    Sales was definitly helpful in every way. Goes the extra mile to satisfy my experience with the purchase. When i drove off, I notice that all of my tires were low at around 30 psi, but the time i left the gate. it was too late as they were closing.

    Everything from the initial selection of the right vehicle for us through the time we picked up our new vehicle everything was handled extremely well. We are very satisfied with how our purchase was handled.

    Our service advisor, Rien Hazelwood, is awesome! Every time I come in he treats me like a VIP. He is always willing to listen to my questions and concerns, and is quick to meet all my needs. He makes it a joy to bring my vehicle in for service.

    I came to the dealership for recall service on my car. I was greeted in a timely fashion. Offered beverage and snacks in the waiting area.The person I worked with respected me and gave kepted me up to date on my car. I was there for an extra amount of time but that was due to me having some extra things checked out on my car. The mechanic were having issues with getting the sensors to calibrate. The service man offered me a rental for the day due to them being unsure of how low it would take to fix them after the third try. The car was brand spankin new 2015 Impala!! It was nice to ride in a brand new car! Service was great!! I will return to the dealership!

    I am in the military and I am constantly moving. I find myself driving from Louisville, the south side of Indianapolis, and the Muncie area; just to go specifically to this dealership because the people are more reliable, friendly, and always trustworthy. This is the best dealership in and out of the city, I have purchased two cars here! It is top notch!

    The experience was very efficient and trouble free. I completed the transaction without ever visiting the dealership. Everything handled by phone and mail.

    Customer serivce was great and they had my oil change done in a resonable time. They were even nice enough to give me updates on how things were going and how much time it would take.

    Great service. Informed me of the problem. Got me rescheduled at my earliest available time when needed. Offered to give me a loaner vehicle for the day. Very pleased with the low key yet helpful service of Ryan Hazelwood.

    Jeff Copeland and Water Martin went above and beyond to help and make sure my car was in mint condition. I really appreciate being able to go somewhere where I can trust the people there.

    Easy in for processing. Waited in the lounge, which has to be the best friendly in all of Indiana. Very courteous service people all the way.

    I am pleased to deal with a Service Department that does not want to nickel and dime me every time I bring my vehicle in to be serviced! In fact the service provider who took care of me, said my vehicle would be fine for a particulate issues I asked them to check on. Very polite and very informative. Thank you.

    The facility, customer waiting room, room and car service is great. The only thing that really bugs me and I noticed last time since another couple was complaining is, there is no order when you drive you're car into the building for service. I'll park my car and then stand their looking for someone to assist me but everyone is busy. Many people will walk right by and not say "hello" or "have you been helped with." There needs to be a take a number system or a roped off area to wait in line. Thanks

    I was delighted with my 2013 Malibu ECO, but when Penske invited my by mail to bring it in for a trade up. I dropped by to checkout a deal. Young John S asked what I would be willing to trade for and he made all of the perfect arrangement nad I now drive a 2015 Malibu ECO. Great car, great dealership.

    Great service, had car ready before they thought they would. Only problem, really hard to pull out of your driveway on to 96th Street.

    Whenever I get work done on my car I always request Rien to help me. He always makes sure I'm taken care of. He goes over and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied.
