Great experience

The entire sales staff was patient and understanding while we worked through all options at Penske and at other dealerships.

    Jerry did everything he could to update my car radio. Even though I had to leave my car at the shop for several days, they set me up with a rental car.

    The sales team was nice and helpful! Only complaint is that XM radio did not come with one of the vehicles we leased. I think since we leased 2 new vehicles we should of gotten XM radio on both.

    My husband took my car in for the seat belt recall and it was done and he was very happy and always is with the service.

    Niaja was amazing! Great customer service and interpersonal skills! Everyone exceeded my expectations. My car was completely fixed and done quickly

    I made an appointment. It was confirmed by Penske. I showed up at the appointed day and time. They took my car, I waited in the waiting area and my car was returned to me all fixed and ready to go. Can't ask for more than that!

    The associate named Kevin was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and presented great customer service. I even came back for additional help about my tire after they had already completed the service for my car and he was more than happy to assist my need. I appreciate and respect that very much! They even finished my car faster than the expected wait time, that too was appreciated.

    Penske had the best customer service and attention to detail of any other dealership I've worked with. There's a reason I drove 2 hours there instead of buying locally. The sales rep, Rachel was amazing. She made it seem as though I had been buying from them for years. It was truly a memorable and satisfying experience.....not to mention, I got a sweet '16 corvette.

    Bought a 2005 Dodge Dakota w/73,000 miles. delivered to me in Cinti. saleman told me it was in great shape. Looked great, after purchase I had to replace tires, dry rotted DOT date on tires was 42 week of 2007, brake were shot, replaced front rotors, pads, calipers brake lines, rear drums, shoes, battery went dead day after purchase. coolant bottle was dry, the truck was not serviced or safety checked. so far I have spent $800+ on repairs - $200 they sent me for rotors and battery. poor customer service in the sale dept. call after call to get title and took over 4 weeks and temp. tag had expired 2 day before getting correct title. BUYER BEWARE. check out their used with another service center before purchase.

    My experience here at Penske Chevrolet was very pleasant and I was able to get in a car that suited me and I absolutely love! Everyone here is very friendly and helpful with my very first car purchase! I would recommend anyone here and will be back very soon for my own car needs! Thanks guys!!

    New tires and minor repair done on-time and look great. The only issue I have is that I thought the charge of ~$60 to replace a broken ground wire, with two screws (one on hood and one on the firewall), was EXCESSIVE. If I had been aware of this amount, I would have purchased the $10 part and done it myself.

    Good service. Oil change and tire rotation special. Had coupon but there was no discount. Prompt and well done. Showed me oil pan leaks. Did notice that next service reminder window sticker was missing. No big deal

    Norman is the best customer service man I've ever worked with. Before bringing my car to Penske, I looked up what was wrong and if my warranty covered it and every forum was complaining because the power train didn't cover turbo replacements for the 2011 Cruze LTZ, but Norm and the service guys took the time to figure out that it was actually a part failure that was not due to anything I did and saved me a TON of money and stress. While there have been a couple setbacks in getting my car back in peak condition due to other issues unrelated to the turbo, he has been nothing but understanding and accommodating. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Oh, and Marty is awesome too!

    I called the service dept day before my visit to ask if my rear window defroster "button" could be glued back on and how much would it cost to do that. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and quickly came back after inquiring to someone in service, and told me yes, the little electrical thing on the rear window that had come unglued could most likely be fixed by just gluing back on and the cost would be $75 (if that did fix it). So I made the appt to come in the next morning at 7:30am; Kevin quickly got my car in and after about an hour or so, my car was ready to go and the cost was only $20. Then when Kevin handed me the key, I mentioned the recall for the Malibu "ignition/key weight" needed to be done. He took the key and inserted a plastic piece to make the hole in the key smaller. So now the recall is done, too! (I knew if I waited long enough to take it in, Chevy would come up with a quick fix!) I was impressed with everyone I met that day while in the service waiting area at Penske, and I plan to go back there to buy my next Malibu. Thx for a pleasant experience.

    I had Charlie the last time, and he emailed me to remind me of my next oil change (I always forget). Did not see Charlie that day. I know you normally do not give out 5% on merit increase because I have been in management for 20 years. Please give Charlie a 4-4.5%. I had Kevin Page; he was very pleasant to work with. I would give him a 3.5%. Very busy day when I was there with tons of workers just walking in circles. When I pulled in, I sat in my car. Kevin was on the phone and so was Chad; many others stood around and did not assist me. When Kevin got off phone; he immediately came to me for assistance. In my profession; I have managed cleaning vendors and day porters being in Commercial and Residential Management for 20 years. I do not know who cleans the restrooms during the day. However, during my visit; I would rate the restrooms a 1. items on floor, commodes needed clean, out of soap, toilet tissue. Again, Kevin was great to work with, Chad helped me with a question, but Charlie by far is a very high performer. Amy France

    I had the best experience at Penske. My son was murdered and I was beginning to feel like the world was cold. At Penske they treated me warmly. They fixed my radio that was disconnected by a muffler shop. They would not reconnect it after they put a heater core in. Penske reconnected my radio and washed my truck. The act of kindness has went a long way. It bought a tear to my eye it made me realize that I can believe in the goodness of humankind
