Although it has now been 6 months - he still remains in contact with me about oil changes, service etc. He made this… easy and smooth for me - my first new car - so I was somewhat apprehensive. I've always loved that service… dept......they do a great job.poor repairs from service dept

Having a clean car-fax and showing repairs done by the service dept added to the comfort level. The car presented well and seemed like it would be a good purchase… for my daughter-college student. We got the car home fine, .....next morning wouldn't start. I had to come home from work & found battery cables loose; pulled it into the garage......small puddle of antifreeze RH side radiator, possible spillage from service dept??. My daughter took car back to school , today she had to add antifreeze.She'll bring it home and I'll look at it next weekend .....possible new radiator. I realize this is a used car "as is" sale but this is pretty bad. It looks like your service dept is getting complacent!Great Dealership made of Great People

by saraedester on 04/27/2012updated 08/05/2025I worked with both Todd Reiselman and Matt Steinbrink in the process of getting my brand new 2012 370z from Ed Martin Nissan. Within a half an hour of submitting my inquiry to TrueCar, I already had a voice message from Matt. I could… already tell over the phone that he did not intend to pressure me whatsoever. When I arrived at the dealership for a test drive he was very informative and once again, no pressure. After driving the car I was directed to Todd Reiselman who was incredibly knowlegable about the car's pros and cons and he was very honest about reasonable prices. Because I was looking for a rare color combination (and wanting to continue saving $ for a couple more months), he was willing to special order the car for me so it would be there when I'm ready, something a lot of dealers aren't too happy about doing. After doing some shopping around, the dealership matched other price quotes to keep my business. Things got a little complicated after placing the order for the 2012...production stopped earlier than expected for the 12, and Todd informed me the car would be a 13. Because I liked the 12 more than the 13, Todd understood and immediately tried to track down this rare car. He found it within 48 hours. When I picked up the car the rest of the staff were also so helpful and informative and seemed genuinely happy for me that I finally got the car of my dreams. I have had the car for about a week and I've already gotten a couple follow up messages and calls from both Matt and Todd, simply to check in on how I'm liking the car. They have been great!Great Job

I came in for a tire rotation but explained that I had not set up my Bluetooth and couldn't get my CD screen to go flat so they helped me with that, too. One guy fixed my… screen and the lady set up Bluetooth. She was helpful and courteous and also tried to clean some paint off my car. Helpful people, good service, comfy waiting room, good coffee, what else could I ask for?tcodarmaz 3-21-14
