Joe Garry, Finance Manager for Ray Skillman. Called me and Emailed me YES you're approved! As a family we… where very happy. my wife has MS an has functionality well, but can not walk to work do her job then walk home. (this is Indiana it will get cold). Joe showed us a car i was sure we could not afford. I told him i don't think i cant get finance for such a nice car. He told me my wife and daughter. "I'm the finance manager you're approved to buy this car if not i would not show it to you" I signed a contract with ray skillman stating such agreement. on 10/03/15. On 10/21/15 joe garry contacted me saying we cant get funding because "you changed jobs" then told me you will now need 1000.00 down or a cosigner. They came and took the car away before my first payment. We are embarrassed and hurt. thanks for the Ray Skillman experience.Love my new KIA!!!
