    Kyla Sharpe helped our new business pick out the right vehicle for our needs. She came in on her day off to make things easier and more convenient. She was also very knowledgeable about the process. A.J. Rose helped us finance our first fleet vehicle and worked diligently with us to make sure we got the best deal possible. We hope to add more cars to our fleet very soon, and continue our relationship with Ray Skillman Shadeland Kia & Mitsubishi and Kyla and A.J. Thank you for everything!

    I was looking for a second car for my family since i was taking a new job 80 miles a way. Many said no do to my bad credit history. Joe Garry, Finance Manager for Ray Skillman. Called me and Emailed me YES you're approved! As a family we where very happy. my wife has MS an has functionality well, but can not walk to work do her job then walk home. (this is Indiana it will get cold). Joe showed us a car i was sure we could not afford. I told him i don't think i cant get finance for such a nice car. He told me my wife and daughter. "I'm the finance manager you're approved to buy this car if not i would not show it to you" I signed a contract with ray skillman stating such agreement. on 10/03/15. On 10/21/15 joe garry contacted me saying we cant get funding because "you changed jobs" then told me you will now need 1000.00 down or a cosigner. They came and took the car away before my first payment. We are embarrassed and hurt. thanks for the Ray Skillman experience.

    Nate Elliott at Ray Skillman Shadeland Kia went above and beyond to earn my business. Sometimes I find it hard to trust car dealers but he was very straightforward and informative. I felt like I was very well taken care of in his hands. He made the final deal very quick and painless which made me love my awesome KIA SOUL even more :)
