Excellent sales model and service

Only 5% of their rental cars hit the market for Enterprise car sales and there's a 7 day window for returns. There's a great vibe in the office because… the focus of the staff is far more focused on excellent customer service than aggressive sales.Wonderful experience!
by philinindy on 06/25/2018I found an Infinity QX30 at Enterprise Car Sales of Indianapolis that I thought my wife would like. I got pre-approved from my credit union and then we drove the 45 minutes to see the car. My wife loves the car and we were both impressed… with the ease of the purchase, and the knowledge and personalities of the employees. We would definately purchase from them again!I gladly drove 90 miles to deal with Enterprise
by CRRQAZ on 11/11/2014Great car, good price, no pressure. Jason was very attentive to my needs and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Plus, with the website search function, 95% of my "shopping" was done before I got there. Just tell them what you… want to see, then decide. Also, even though I ended up going with my local credit union, they offered extremely competitive financing. I'm 55 years old and a bit "old school". Before, I've always felt a little like I was "negotiating with the devil" when buying a used car. Based on the recommendation of a family member, though, I decided to give Enterprise a try and, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I've actually found a car dealer I like! I'll be back!Awesome Customer Service

Haggle-free/Hassle-free
by Satisfied60 on 03/11/2014updated 06/01/2025Enterprise Car Sales provides car sales at a reasonable price without the Haggling. I found the car I wanted in their inventory on-line on a Saturday. I called and was sent a credit information form which I filled out and submitted the same… day. On Monday the salesman called me back, I drove up, test-drove the car, signed the usual papers, and drove the car home. That simple! Even better, I have 7 days to drive it, have my mechanic look the car over, and if I'm dissatisfied, I can return it (for a $200 processing fee.) If you like haggling, you might get a better deal somewhere else, but Enterprise's cars are withing the suggested range, have free Carfax reports, and pass a 109 point inspection before they're sold.Satisfied60, Thank you for your review and we're glad to hear you enjoyed the haggle-free experience.
