    Made the buying experience what it should be, no high pressure, courtesy and they have remembered how to treat a customer. All the managers including the General Manger introduced themselves and helped make the deal a great experience. Jim my salesperson was a gentleman. I have purchased 5 cars in the past and will be back again!

    I would never recommend Lockhart Cadillac. I was deceived by my salesman (Tom K.) and when I called to file a complaint to the sales manager, I was treated with complete disrespect to my situation and basically laughed at. The sales manager was rude, obnoxious and impolite. I have never been treated that way by someone in customer service. The sales manager ended by hanging up on me when I stated I would file this with the Better Business Bureau. Apparently Lockhart Cadillac likes to take advantage of young pregnant couples who are trying to find a safe reliable car for their family. I guess if I had bought a Cadillac and not a 2 year old Chevrolet Malibu I would have been treated with some decency and not passed along like nothing.
