Buyer Beware
by Jdav5775 on 11/22/2023I found a RAM truck online at this dealership, at a very good price. I sent them an inquiry, and they responded saying the truck was on the lot and available. The online ad stated the vehicle had only 63 miles. I scheduled an appointment… the next morning to view the vehicle and speak to a sales person. I received several confirmation texts before, and even during, the drive to the dealership. When I got there the vehicle was not on the lot. The dealership owner had the vehicle as a demo, and was in KY. "No problem" they have another similar vehicle on the lot. Pretty obvious bait and switch tactic from my perspective. The sales manager, James Romine, obviously has little, to no, ethics. After writing an offer sheet he attempted to hike the price by $4,000. All the information is on their website as I type this. The truck still shows having 63 miles and no mention of a demo. The website also shows the vehicle "final price" of $71,695 but its actually $67,695. Go to Edmunds and it lists the vehicle as a "final price" of $67,995. To say the least my conversation with Mr. Romine did not go well. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to be the victim of unethical practices, and extremely lousy customer service.Dealer will not call back.
by Virgil Peay on 03/04/2021Only reason i gave one star is that i couldn't give less. I have been trying since last September to get an issue handled and kept getting the run around. Now the salesman and sales manager James Romine are not returning calls. Horrible… business practice. I wouldn't recommend at all!!!Terrible Service and Lack of Knowledge
by Bennett248 on 09/02/2020I went to this place based on some recommendations. I showed up with an issue that they didn't fix and one that they did. Now they want me to come back to "re-diagnose" the problem. When the claimed to have diagnosed everything the first… time. Long story short I spent nearly $2000 and still have the same issues...stay away from them no matter what they promise. Not honest about wait times and work loads of their shop
by Tim on 03/01/2019I set up an appointment for 7:30 am (opening time). And was told on the phone it would only be a couple hours at most. Got there 5 minutes early to check in and was told again that it would only be a couple hours. 5 hours later I called to… talk to the service dept and no one answered. The receptionist said they were swamped with customers. I was 5 minutes down the road so I decided to stop by and see what the status was on my car. I walked into an empty bay with 4 employees sitting around and a manager at his desk. No customer in site! I was told they haven’t even gotten to my car yet and that an appointment is just for checking in which apparently isn’t even necessary so I don’t know what the point of having one is. This place is poorly managed. If you are as backed up as this manager claimed from “cars we haven’t gotten to the day before” than be honest with your customer and tell them at the time you drop the car off. You aren’t the only Chrysler dealer around.Did you really negotiate?
by oldiewan on 08/25/2009My wife and I stopped by to see a car advertised on the web. We traveled over 1.5 hours to get there. After test driving the car we were invited into the showroom to negotiate a price. The sales person left us for around 10-15… minutes to negotiate a good price for us from the finance manager. When he returned he offered us the web price as if he had to work at getting there. I understand web prices are generally $1 K to $2 K lower than sticker at the dealer. The disgusting thing was the fake negotiation and having to wait for it to occur. Of course, the dealer is willing to go down to the web price. They started to bargain as we got up to leave. Too late, guys. My advice: wherever you go, know the web price of the vehicle so you can negotiate better. If you go to this dealer, make sure you are actually dealing. Don't be afraid to leave without buying.slobs
by cjj4 on 03/15/2011updated 06/04/2025Bought a new vehicle from them in 2010 3 weeks later I took the vehicle in for repairs. They don't seem to care what shape they give you your vehicle back in (greasy hand prints on interrior) I have since had the vehicle back 3 more times… and each time have asked them to please clean up there dirty hand prints, each time the ignore my request. I won't be returning to this dealership.
