by Ruby on 04/19/2019A normal service turned into a wonderful event. I was given a loaner while they repaired a boot over the axle of my 2016 Edge. It was a 2017 Burgandy Edge. The evening after getting my car back I was thinking of the 2017. So I sent a text… to Brandon, who I met when he brought up the loaner and told me about the fordpass app and assisted me in getting it set up for my phone. I then asked him if the loaner was available to purchase and what the price would be. He then put me contact with Alyssa P. She was wonderful in listening to our wants. Within approx. 24 hours she had introduced us to "Ruby Red", she is a 2019 Ford Edge. She has all the things I wanted and need except my daughter says it is defective since it doesn't have a CD Player. The complete transaction was smooth. Flynn did a great job at listening to my husbands concerns on the trade in amount and worked to get me my dream car. Then Kevin in finance (who had sold us the last two cars) did a great job at getting my husband out in time for his meeting. It should also be noted that the young man at the greeters desk was kind and helpful. I would see him helping people with the door, keeping the popcorn going and keep the drink counter cleaned. DPatrick Ford on Walnut is Evansville, is the best car dealer around. I have been using them for years for my car services and oil changes. I knew D Patrick didn't have exactly what I was looking for but I thought they could order it. I walked in am asked for Fe. She quickly helped me and listened… to my needs. Before long I was driving away in a better benevolent than the one I thought I needed. I had a slight issue with one of the doors and the service Dept fixed it immediately. I will never shop around again.Wonderful Experience

We walked the entire row and named off all the ones I was interested in while he wrote them down. I ended up… with my first choice and am very pleased with it. Overall he was very informative and pleasant to deal and answered all my questions and showed me all the numbers we were working with. The dealership itself is nice with some amenities in the waiting area along with a friendly staff. Will definitely consider them for future purchases!
