I drove 4 hours for my test drive appointment. Paul had everything ready to… go when I arrived. He had 2 other customers, and moved very smoothly between us. I did purchase the vehicle as-is, and decided to put new tires on it for the drive home. He was able to make arraignments for the tires at a discount with a nearby shop. We were coming from 2 hours away so I called to make sure it was still there and spoke with Johnny. He personally went and… checked it over and drove it before we headed down to make sure we weren't wasting our time. He also made sure it was put through a service inspection by the time we got there. Once we got there and drove it ourselves we worked with Matt and Mark in service to fix some minor little things for us. Brian then completed our purchase and made that process very simple. Everyone was great and we highly recommend them.My First BMW

by Jacob on 02/26/2019I left an email for Jonny on 2/25/2019 about a vehicle I liked on the lot. I had a few questions for him. He got back with me the next day. I told him I was about 1hr 45min away and that I had a few questions for him and I'd be great if… you'd be able to answer them instead of me making the trip up that way and asking. So he text me and answered the questions truthfully. And after that I said sorry I'm going to have to pass on the vehicle. He said no problem I understand. Thhe said asked me what I was looking for and he said he'd keep an eye out on a vehicle for me. I said I really appreciated the honesty because this is only the 2nd dealership I've talked to that's given me the truth. I'd highly reccomend them!Awesome Service!

by Erica on 01/16/2019After exchanging many texts and emails with Jonny for several days, I decided to drive the 2 hours, one way, to see the vehicle I had been inquiring about. When we arrived the vehicle had a 'sold' sricker on it, after dealing with some… shady places, I was concerned i had just drove all that way for nothing. Buuuttt, I was pleasantly surprised that Jonny had pulled it up and tagged it, waiting for my arrival. The car looked amazing and drove wonderfully. There were a few festures I didn't know how to work, Jonny came right out, showed us how to use them, drove us around to demonstrate, then let us take another test drive to try them out our self. He was fabulous. Bought the car, been driving it for several days now and love it. Would definitely go back!My 2017 Chevy Impala
