Best Car buying experience of my life!

From helping me understand how the car buying process works (before I even came in to the dealership), to scheduling me a VIP Appointment and when I came in they were there to greet me as I… walked through the door. Not to mention my sales rep had the two vehicles I wanted pulled up front (it was raining) so I wouldn’t have to get wet. I explained what was important to me regarding monthly payment and down payment only for them to get me into the car I wanted for under $25 less a month and $500 less down. The vehicle is a dream and this by far was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will be buying all of my cars from Sam Pierce Chevrolet from now on, no matter where I live. If you haven’t heard of them or don’t know if you should buy here then let this be the determining factor! 10 Stars!!!! Best dealership in the state hands down!Excellennt Customer Service!

But I find it at Sam Pierce. I live in Indianapolis but always make the drive… to go back to Sam Pierce Chevrolet. Joe Pittman has worked with me for several years now and I won't go anywhere else or deal with anyone else. He is awesome! From sales to service, they always treat me like family!Place is a joke ...
by bpugh on 10/31/2008My wife and I looked around in their parking lot for over an hour and nobody even came to greet us. I would understand this if they were busy ... but they were not! Once we went inside they assigned a saleman to us that could not hardly… stay awake. He also would not deal at all on a new truck. I went to Muncie and bought a new truck for 5,000 dollars cheaperdishonest
