The Best Dealer in Indiana

I’ve bought many cars and trucks from many dealers but Chevy of Columbus is by far superior. Thank you for the hard… work and dedication especially your locals.

by Paulie_B on 05/17/2018I live in Colorado and have now made the trip to Chevy of Columbus twice to purchase new vehicles. I'll make the trip again if they have the next vehicle in stock that I'm looking to purchase ... They're that good. I obviously had to do… the majority of processing online, as well as research and trying to get the best possible trade value from them for a car they couldn't see until the day I arrived at their location, and they were great in that regard as well. Kyle is the salesman I dealt with and he was totally awesome both times. He also joked that if I buy another car from them, he'd be willing to drive it to Colorado for me, and fly back, and I said okay. I was alone my first trip, but brought my young son the second time, and he really enjoyed the trip as well. Everyone that I interacted with at the dealership, from my salesman Kyle, to the finance managers, to the general manager was so kind and treated both of us like we were old family friends they'd known for years. It's rare to find that in sales these days, and even more rare to actually feel like the people you're dealing with are genuinely treating you that way, and not doing so just to make a sale. This dealership is hands down, the way every car dealership should be. If I owned a dealership, I'd send my employees there for training if I could. Since it's a Chevrolet dealership, I'd voice to GM leadership that this is a model dealership and they should strive for all their GM family dealerships to be this good.Great service with a smile

by jimemerson on 01/22/2017Was looking to purchase a vehicle at this Chevy Dealership located here in Columbus,IN.Our decision had gotten to the financing and all went downhill from there.The financer Mr.Crowder made our experience not worth continuing on to get… financed.So we stopped and took our business elsewhere!
