  • Sold 2024 used vehicle with bad tires

    Purchased 2024 Jeep 'grand Cherokee with 26K miles and noticed loud tire noise on test drive. Salesman Michael A. stated was normal after repeated comments. Ended up purchasing and when taken to tire shop for balance and rotation, found… tires were damaged beyond repair despite the tread left. Victory service also confirmed tires are 'choppy' and need to be replaced soon. Trust your gut when driving and don't trust the salesperson as only looking for a sale...
