    Truck was to be finished by the end of the day and was not ready. Dealer did send a shuttle vehicle to pick me up the next day in the morning. Disappointed about the delay but overall great service.

    I Was given a totally high price for just replacing a leak on the hose and was told I needed a new coolant tank it was said it was replaced instead of a new hose cause it would've been much cheaper and other things could've been fixed inside a 4 year old car with not much mileage I felt ripped off really.was given 3 different prices extremely high for a antifreeze leakage the order part was not shown to me for the coolant tank they literally just took my money and did not honor my GM used warranty in it's entirety,no will NOT recommend

    It is always a pleasant experience when I come in. Please make sure as management that you reward the people who deal with your customers daily because I have been coming to you all for I know over a yr or more and they always go above and beyond to help who ever is in front of them.     My vehicle needed looked over. I had had a not-so-great experience in the Service Bay at another location (horrible customer service, outrageous inspection fee they didn't disclose upfront, how long the wait time could be on my vehicle, or contact me with any progress update) so I decided to try this place. Clear difference from the moment walking in. Attentive technicians, the inspection cost was told to me on the phone while scheduling the appointment, realistic expectations on when they could see my car. They kept my vehicle for 2 days because every time someone drove it they could not replicate the issue I was seeing. The only downside to all of this experience was I did not get an exchange vehicle so moving around to work and getting my daughter to work was a little bit of a hassle without a vehicle. By the end of day 2 I picked up my vehicle. They changed the fee to a lesser cost due to not being able to replicate the issue and justified the fee with actually taking the vehicle through a full point inspection which was great. They were able to look me in the eye and tell me that based on everything that they tried to do and looked at in order to find the issue, this could not be determined a safety issue which made me feel better about taking the vehicle back out. Absolutely would go back if the vehicle needed it.

    I will be taking ED Martin GMC to court regarding the oil change you charged me for and did incorrectly or forgot to do and still took my money. If I could have given half a start I would have. I am highly disappointed.

    Recently, our 2014 Sierra had an injector go bad while away from home. Which means we were away from our "home" dealership, Ed Martin. It was a beautiful Friday afternoon/evening and my wife was driving home from a horse show with our oldest son. Still about an hour and a half from home the truck started running rough, so they made it to a small truck stop where they spent the next three hours. Knowing that we were still under warranty, we called Ed Martin for advice. Amy (service) gave us the name and location of another dealership that was close by. By the time we contacted them it was after 5 PM and their service department had closed for the 3 day weekend. We finally got the truck to them later that night and got everyone home. The next morning we spoke to that dealer about a loaner truck because we needed a truck for the weekend. However, we couldn't get one according to them, so we called Ed Martin again. Carol (service) gave us some "negotiating" advice and suggestions. After that failed, we reported back to Carol and she worked with Kenny (sales). As a result, Ed Martin stepped up and loaned us one of their trucks for the weekend even though they weren't doing the warranty work in their shop. The crew at Ed Martin stepped up and did the right thing even though they weren't working on the truck. Thank you Ed Martin and especially Kenny, Carol, and Amy. You guys rock.

    Our car has 68K miles on it and is a February 2010 purchase. While Ed Martin did work with us on the price, the things that went wrong with the car were unacceptable for this car and age of its parts. Still paid $1100 + for problems a car of this age should not have incurred Not happy with GM.. This is the second GMC Yukon Denal XL we have owned and never had a problem with our previous car. This one... a nightmare with parts, belts, etc. breaking .

    Have had a great experience with this dealer having a few small issues with my 2014 Regal, nothing major. Lost a tire thanks to the brutal conditions of our road ways, they were able to get the same time in the same day and replace that day. Quite a relief.
