Oil change
by Young309 on 09/22/2024After oil change waited 25 minutes for paper work after seeing car back waited 20 minutes then ask what was going on said waiting on parts which took 5 more minutesWe do apologize for the delay in getting the paperwork ready in time for you. Our process does require our Parts department to add pricing in for certain parts/oil used to service your vehicle, so this is good feedback to ensure this is done timely in the future. If you would like to speak to the Service Manager, please do not hesitate to contact us. Not only that but leaned into my Pre-approved loan and got more than a point knocked off the same. Really felt like a proper… service, not a jerk around like most. Best service department around

They are prompt with repairs and always truthful about everything. If you have a… Jeep Wrangler most definitely take it to Bozaks in Merrillville. From what I’ve dealt with Griegers is not a trustworthy dealership as far as the service department goes.Thank you William for highlighting two of our locations in assisting you!
