    I bought a 2015 Outback from Royal on the Eastside. All of the staff members who I spoke to were friendly and eager to help.

    The staff at Royal on the Eastside was really helpful during my first car buying experience. Also, they were really friendly and didn't make me feel pressured. They had so many cars there, it was so hard to make a final decision.

    So I just bought my new Subaru Forester this morning, and while it's getting cleaned up for me, I'm sitting in a comfortable chair, eating free snacks and drinking a complimentary coke. I loved working with the people here, they have always treated me well in the past (this is my 3rd vehicle here) and they're always friendly! Highly recommend buying from these guys, they'll really go out of their way to sell you a car!

    I found this dealership to be honest and interested in the customer. My car was taking extra time to arrive and they even gave me a loaner for a few days.

    I purchase my first new car from the Bloomington Royal Dealership 26 years ago. Because of price, customer service, and the general buying experience, I decided never again. Even though I would prefer to keep my money in the local businesses. And yes, Royal's reputation around town is not the best. Well I decided to give them another try. After I researched the car that I wanted, a 2012 TDI Passat, I spoke to both Royal and other dealerships in Indy and Louisville. They were all comperable. I lucked into meeting one of the Royal Dealership's salesmen and he was the deciding factor. He made me feel that even though he had to make sure that he would make money for his business, he also is interested in making a happy customer before, during, and after the sales. I can't speak about any of the other salesmen, but I do know that Ryan Smiley (and yes he does smile often) is a personable young man who will work to gain your business. I am comfortable in recommending people to him. Finally, if you tell him I sent you, you might talk him out of a great looking VW coffee mug when you buy your car. Please show him or tell him about this message and see if he laughs about it. Rhett Salisbury
