    I hadto jump start my car in the morning, And drove it over to Willowbrook forward were they check out my battery and all connecting parts and charging system they found battery was still under warranty so They replaced it Great service always.

    I live one mile from a different Ford dealer, but chose to drive 20 miles to Willowbrook Ford for service. I wasn’t disappointed. My service agent Michelle was great and kept me informed of the progress on my car. All my work met my expectations. I would recommend Willowbrook Ford service for their professionalism and their extended hours.

  • POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE

    Was satisfied completing service at this location until my last visit back in May. Went in to complete most recent recall on my vehicle and Advisor (Michelle) while waiting, tells me I needed additional work done (Fuel Injection Service/Cleaning & Rear Wiper Blade). Was taken aback because the Fuel Injection Service seemed extremely familiar, so I tell her to only swap out the Wiper Blade. After checking my previous receipts, I had already paid for and had this work completed back in December 2018! This is an example of why people hate going to Dealerships for service ... providing false info to get Customers to Pay for unnecessary work! I was told back in late November this work needed to be done. It was marked RED on the report. I returned less than 2 weeks later to get it done! So this work lasts only 6 months??!! Glad we're moving as now I hopefully won't have to return to this location ever again!

    Had starting and battery issues. Service advisor Matt Hull delivered by teaming with the service manager. A nagging issue seems corrected and in the past. Matt is the reason I purchase from Willowbrook. Looking forward to buy the 2020 Escape.

    I have been involved with Ford its dealerships and their products for my entire life. Willowbrook Ford does an excellent job in providing excellent service and sales. When situations with your vehicle becomes frustrating, they stand behind their name and reputation to make sure you the customer is completely satisfied. I have found them to be the most reliable dealership to do business with in the area and I recommend them to all friends and family. Any vehicle you can ever purchase is worthless unless you have the backing of a great dealership after the sale; Willowbrook Ford and its staff is the place that will be there for you throughout your purchase and servicing needs.

    After turning in my old Fusion Titanium lease, I picked up my new Fusion Sport less than a week ago, love the car and getting familiarize the controls and SYNC3 which absolutely a pleasure and easy to use. The car is a "pocket rocket", handles great, a firmer European ride which I like, seats are comfortable no fatigue if on a long drive and learning to know the cars characteristics to get maximum driving enjoyment, no complaints!! I have to give kudos to Andy Ricci who made the sales experience easy to understand with no pressure whatsoever, and did not take advantage knowing I wanted the Fusion Sport; got very fair price that we were both satisfied with. Kudos also goes to Sebastian Badillo, the Willowbrook Business Manager; the best way to describe Sebastion he is the business manager I got to like, described everything in simple understandable detail, again no pressure and signed everything off and officially got the "keys." Last but not least Willowbrook Service department second to none took great care of me, Luis Giron terrific Service advisor, and the techs on point and also done correctly the first time ever having to go back for a fix. Techs themselves very efficient always got back a clean spotless car even though my service calls were for the 5,000 oil change and checkup. Highly recommend Willowbrook Ford for your purchases, I will be back for my next vehicle again for whatever it may be when the time comes to turn is my Fusion Sport at lease end!! I thiink thry got “scared” when I said, “ill be back.” (LOL)

    Even though I had a scheduled appointment it took a bit longer to get waited on and 2 hours for an scheduled oil change was a little longer than expected. Nice to have the car washed afterwards but they didn't dry it so it ended up with a lot of streaks. A few little things could make this a better experience.

    Made an appointment on line for oil change and check up. Even with the appointment, I thought I would be waiting half the day. I was out in about an hour and a half! Wonderful service personnel - very personable. Everyone I came in contact with seems to like their job which is very difficult to find. I have been coming here since I bought my car in 2015 - would not think about going anywhere else.

    Service Dept. Rep. was very nice, received vehicle when promised. We were advised of upcoming service suggestions. they washed it. did not cost more than anticipated.
  • Communication Issues

    although the work performed was great, so far, and I can understand delays in getting parts, communication about what was happening was very poor. Actually it was nonexistent. I took my car in on 2/15 for a 1 day recall . I was called, late in the day, that there was another issue that Ford was covering but parts needed ordered, and they would need to keep the car for a few more days. I was offered a loner which I picked up that night. All I was told, was an oil leak in the engine was discovered. I did not hear from anyone again until I called on Feb 21st. At that time parts still had not arrived but were supposed to be there the next day. I was told I would get a call Thursday with an update. Next day, Thursday arrived, no call. I called late that night and was told it should be done the next day. I did get a call Friday that it was ready, and I picked the car up Saturday. I would've given you guys a 10 if it wasn't for the utter lack of communication.
