Overall a great experience. Brendan was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience quite painless. As a first time BMW purchaser, I was expecting a premium experience and Brendan delivered. Highly recommended and I’m looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

    Worst service in over 20 years of driving a car. James is extremely rude and does not know how to interact with customers. I will not only not recommend Westmont for service, I will tell my friends with bmws to go anywhere else. In fact, I’m on my way elsewhere to have the work I need done.

    I live in CT but found my car on Laurel's website. After a few emails/texts/calls to Andre and Devon my new car was on it's way to CT. Process was fairly simple and the car is exactly what they advertised.

    We were so excited to purchase a certified used BMW SUV, but our happiness quickly faded as the car was delivered to us unwashed and the salesman did not go over anything about the car. When we noticed a few scratches and some paint issues on the hood we were dismissed rudely by the used car manager accusing us of doing such damage. We have never been treated like this before and we are so disappointed how they treat their customers after the purchase. Even the online quote was different than what we paid for it once we arrived at the dealership

    Was charged for a service that we were told on the phone would be free. Staff on site was polite and did tell us the information we received on the phone was in error before we had the work done. Service that was supposed to be completed in an hour and a half took almost seven hours.

    Car inside and outside was dirty after the service I was told that service would be free for first 4 years but charged for the first service in first year itself Service Advisor did not explain what was done while checking out until I called for his explanation explicitly

    The car buying was made so easy by these guys. There are really honest, and very helpful understand your needs on what kind of car you would like. Their service is excellent . Unlike many dealers, they do not push you to too hard on settling down on a car, but help you buy a car which you would really like.

    The sales guy was great, and personable. We bought a BMW X5. The whole thing was done quickly. Wasn't the usual in the dealer all day thing. We picked out a truck, test drove it, traded in our old BMW X3, in the finance department, and out the door within 2 hours. It really was looking at the trucks that took the most time.

    Bought a certified pre-owned 2014 X3 from Laurel BMW in Westmont after finding it online on the BMWUSA website. Wrapped up the financing through Laurel and fly to Chicago to pick it up and drive it home. First rate experience all the way. The car was as described and my sales associate Luke Wierzba had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. Laurel BMW gave me a ride from the airport too! We wrapped up all the inspection, financing and paperwork in just a few hours. If you're going to buy a used BMW, a certified pre-owned is the way to go as you get and extended warranty for the vehicle. Thanks Laurel BMW for a great experience. I love my "new to me" BMW X3!

    Was looking to replace my old BMW 325I with a newer used 3 series sedan. My internet search found that Laurel BMW had 2 cars that were comparatively had the best bang for the buck. Visited the showroom with the common apprehensions about car salesmen. At the dealership Chris Cole showed me the cars. I was consciously trying to make decisions with my mind than getting carried away in the sales talk and deciding with my heart. When I discussed the cars with Chris, I did not feel that I was getting a sales pitch or was under any pressure. In between I watched him talk with other clients on the phone and did see a genuinely helpful saleman. I bought the car from Laurel BMW and altogether it was a good experience.

    thought I'd found a dealership 90 mi from my house that I could be confident in, I was wrong. Made an appointment for service oil change tire rotation, and check convertable top, and inquired about a recall notice I had received and the advisor said BMW makes parts by Vin and they woud let me know when part was available. Appointment day I was there 15 min early, met my Advisor Jay he recommended a couple of additional services as long I was there and I agreed. estimated time 2 hours and was told he'd let me know about the convertable problem. 3.5 hrs later I inquire whats happening they says just finishing up paperwork 15 min later pay bill and inquire about convertable problem Jays at lunch tech looks at bill and says it was a sensor $79 labor and I was billed$56.65 for inquiring about the recall when I made my appointment

    I always enjoy bringing my BMW X5 for service. The agents who work there are all so nice and friendly! They always have my car ready with a nice car wash! Also, they always give me a very top of the line loaner car to use. They just gave me 2016 BMW X5 to use. I feel like I have been treated like a VIP.
