Great Experience!

My salesperson Paolo was extremely helpful and found me my car in the color I wanted in less than a week. To my surprise, the package I purchased even came with… several bonus accessories for protecting the interior. Paolo took his time with me and explained every feature in the car (even after closing), which was amazing since the manual looks like an encyclopedia. The dealership followed up later with a Zoom call to answer any additional questions I still had and they’re sending me a free gift! Overall, I would absolutely shop here again and recommend this dealership to my friends!Hi, thank you so much for your feedback! Eddy is outstanding

I picked Eddy because he sold me a new 2024 Subaru Outback Limited last November and wanted to work with him again… when purchasing a second car. Eddy went out of his way to listen to our needs and monitored the few items we had done with the service department. Eddy was straight-forward, professional, and is very personable. He also promptly responded to my emails and texts in between my visits to the dealership ... even on the days when he was not working. by Deb O on 08/04/2024updated 08/14/2024We purchased a vehicle that was a dealer loaner with 2000 miles. At 40 days, the car did not start. Unfortunately it happened when I had family from out of town. AAA came and I was informed that the battery in my 40 day old car was… corroded. When I contacted the dealership I was offered 2 free maintenance visits. I also contacted the national Subaru office. They responded with a form letter that did not offer any support. If you purchase a car, be sure to have someone check everything that is not covered by the warranty. I was so disappointed in then dealership. We are senior citizens and feel taken advantage of.
