It does not matter if you pre-qualify, expect to spend several hours there. I felt like I got a really good deal for… my trade in. Especially after I saw what they listed it at online the next day. I had to really negotiate for it though, so do your research. They did not come too far down off of sticker price, I guess they have to get theirs somehow. My sales person did not pressure me at all and really took the time to explain so many of the "gadgets" I am not used to even before I purchased the vehicle. Overall I feel like it was a good experience.Just bought vehicle number 4

He is the best salesman we've ever met (he has sold us 4 cars!) and we have referred our family to him as well. My brother bought 2 from him,… my sister one, My parents bought 1 from him as well. Tyson Motors treats us extremely well and always give us the best price. JP always tells us "do your shopping, get you price quotes, then bring them in to me to beat. Make sure you see me last." Thank you Tyson Motors!EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE

Amazing you can own a business and treat people the way you do. What happened to treating people the way you want to be… treated? Very sneaky and pusy just to get the sale. Takes advantage of elderly people and sucks them in. Shameful way to do business.What a Joke
by nowaynoway on 07/31/2013updated 08/01/2025I had purchased a 2012 Jeep, granted it took over 14 hours over 4 days, I thought I would give them another chance. I went to purchase a 2013 Dodge Dart, Told the salesman what Color I wanted and he replied he doesn't have that color but he… would work me a great deal on one he had on the lot. So we found one, (different color, way more options) he assured me he would work me a great deal. So after about 1 hr 24 min. of waiting for the pricing from the sales manager, he said I have great news. The great news was Sticker Price minus $750... Funny the Rebate at the time was $750... Wow what a great deal.. They thought I would pay sticker. When the sales manger saw what was unfolding he tried to work with me but being there now over two hours I had had enough.. next day emailed another dealer in Naperville IL. Got the car I wanted and even saved $3850. Go Tyson Motors.. chased another customer away.Just a jokeGreat Service
