    Services repaired quickly . Honest inspection , video inspection supplied easy to understand needed repairs, Never recommended services that Vehicle did not need

    I had a problem with my third brake light lens leaking water. With the forecast looking like more rain I stopped in to see if my part was in and without an appointment they fixed it while I waited. Thank you to the entire service team. I really think they care about my vehicle as their own and I couldn't ask for any more than that.

    As always, everyone I have worked with at the dealership has been polite, courteous, and very helpful. The work done on this trip and all previous trips was done well and was timely considering I always wait for my service. Thank you for the great customer service!

    Had my oil changed, fluids topped, tires rotated. Always friendly there and the coffee is excellent. Never have to wait too long.

    After coming in for the third time to fix the same related problem of the drivers heated seat not heating nor staying on, it appears you got it right and fixed it for no charge. Tech advisor Phil Lang was very attentive and even got me a new Encore to drive home while My Lacrose was being worked on. Good job and let's hope it's fixed for good. Thanks, Bill

    Had a leak in my tire from a nail. Called service dept. around 4:30, got there around 5. It was fixed and out the door by 5:45pm. Could not have been better , service and quality of care!

    Phil is always pleasant, calls and follows up when he says he will and was flexible and very helpful when I came back on a busy Sat am to get the car back. I also appreciated his honesty on the work being done.

    I was in for a scheduled oil change/rotation. Everything went well - very comfortable waiting area with WiFi and coffee. The car was done in a prompt manner - can't ask for much more.

    I always receive excellent service. The waiting room and adjoining bathrooms are immaculate. The coffee is good. The service people are very friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable there.

    Friendly, relatively prompt, informative paperwork. Need to separate service money taker from dealership phone so that she give full attention to customers. No coffee left at 10 am

  • Wonderful service

    I was greeted with a positive attitude and a smile. I went to the waiting room and set up my computer. The internet connection was good. I was told that it would be about an hour. I was closing up the computer at the one hour mark when the service man arrived and told me my car was ready. It was, as usual sparkling, clean. Thank you Fox Valley!

    My car needed to stay for a few hours for repairs. Phil was able to send me on my way in a loaner while my issue was repaired. Fast, courteous & professional.
