    Matt Vega was awesome and was completely patient with me while I was trying to figure out my vehicle desire. He then got with finance to get me a deal in a car I want that was affordable. Was always honest and never pushy. Had some circumstances as a part of our signers was at work and the other had to be to work in a short time. Worked with us to make sure everything was ready so when we got there we could just sign and go in our brand new (used) car. Definitely a staff that we will reach out too first when we decided to upgrade our other family vehicle.

    This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Michael was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Once we began talking price I was able to make a decision without feeling pressured. Plus I got a coffee mug!

    They know Subaru's and the finance guy knows how to get banks to do what he needs and understands and explains it to the customer unlike other Joliet Car Dealerships which play games. My deal was strange do to a total lose of a 2016 Forester bought same dealer, they (Finace guy and Manager) gave me advice about cashing in my old extended warranty and other questions I needed answered. Awesome job Thanks Scott

    They were very attentive to me and understood how to take care of me. My salesman, Shaun Shore, kept in good communication with me through text and was even willing to drive an hour away to pick up the necessary paperwork from me. They know how to do customer service well and I recommend them to my friends and family.
