We decided to give the service department another try due to the fact that we were treated so… well when we purchased our vehicle from Gerald. John Abramowicz was a great service advisor. Took time to explain everything and gave recommendations for possible future service needs. We'll definitely ask for him as our advisor again.Thank you for sharing your experience with us! Unexpected good surprise
by Andrew on 07/16/2025We purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Kona at their sister store, Genesis of N Aurora. After 2,700 miles and 5 months, the engine failed. The service manager at Genesis introduced me to the service manager at Gerald Hyundai and got the process… started for the repair. Gerald Hyundai advocated for me with Hyundai corporate for a TSB indicated engine replacement claim in a vehicle that was just out of warranty. Engine was replace in a timely fashion at not cost to us.Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Andrew!
