Service Sucks do not buy
by cfg on 09/09/2024Service Advisor does not communicate. I brought my car in for a warranty repair on Friday 9/6. . No word from advisor regarding status until 4:00 via at text that the car would not be ready until Monday 9/9. On 9/9 I texted the advisor… asking for a reply and confirmation that I did not want the cabin filter repair hinges replaced as he texted me the dash need to be pulled. I called at noon and was told the car would be ready by close of business. When asked what that meant he told me 5:00. At 4:00 PM I was at the dealership only to find my car dashboard, seats and all electronics were on the floor. The advisor was going to call me later in the day to tell me it was delayed. He could not and would not give specifics as to the nature of the repair and time to resolve. THIS DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT SUCKS !!!! Advisor is Derrick, service manager came out to talk but could not explain poor communications.

Always Treated Well at Buss Ford Service
by itsmejs on 05/30/2015Sometimes you buy one of those vehicles that you think must have been made on a Monday morning. Lots of problems which Ford corporate didn't always have answers on. While Ford corporate customer service was horrible, my dealer, Buss Ford… stepped up and handled every repair professionally and treated me well on every visit. I couldn't ask anymore of them.Good Service
by turbo_nut on 06/18/2011updated 08/03/2025I took my car to Buss for it's first oil change, and one really couldn't ask for more. The staff was friendly and since I got there early, I was in and out quick. The only concern I had, was I requested they replace my cabin filter, and the… tech who performed the work left several oily fingerprints on the glovebox which were a bear to remove when I got the car home ( in his defense, I have the white interior). Given the car's light colored interior, I would have expected the tech to wear gloves to prevent finger stains, or at least wash their hands well before working around light colored interior panels. But, in the end, no harm no foul, the fingerprints cleaned up. Good overall experience, and I wouldn't let my opinion detract from the dealers overall quality service they give.
