We walked in the door about 8:30. We walked out with exactly what we were hoping for by noon! Excelent customer service! Our sakes guy, Tom was great! The insurance lady was very nice. The financial guy, Travis was very knowledgeable . The whole process went very smooth and quick.

Bed car buying experience ever. There was not an unfriendly person in the place. We drove the lot the night before and had a few cars in mind when we got there. We worked with Tom, whom we told the terms we had to have to purchase a car. It was no bull, no pressure. He took us right to the cars we could afford. We picked one and were done in no time. The finance manager was wonderful to work with as well. Again, no pressure. I especially liked the lady showing us what all the buttons inside the car were for. If we ever buy another new car, it will be from Watermark!

Tom Madden was the most patient, caring salesperson. I took a week and changed my vehicle choice 3 times and Tom never seemed to be aggravated or impatient. He offered help and did whatever he could to satisfy my purchase choice. He was very thorough and professional but also very caring and personal. You just don't typically find a sales experience like this.

We found the staff at Marion Ford very helpful and willing to assist us find the right car for our family. Tom spent a lot of time explaining vehicles to us including their Warranty Forever option which was a huge selling point. We were able to get a good trade-in value for our car in addition to the car we purchased being priced appropriately. Got financing while there as well to find the best intersect rate for us. Overall great experience!

Buying our vehicle at Watermark Ford was an wonderful experience! Tom Maddenwas knowledgeable and fair throughout our buying experience and got us all set up with the electronic system of our Ford Fusion so we would be ready to go when we left the lot! We also enjoyed working with Jon Wofford in the finance department and found him to be knowledgeable and very helpful! We also appreciated how quickly we were able to get in and out of there once we made our decision to buy. That was wonderful because we have three children who were waiting on us to get back to them. I went a little out of my way to go to the Watermark dealership because they had the vehicle with the options that I was looking for, the price they advertised looked really good, and so I gave them a chance. In short, I was very satisfied. The staff was very professional and polite. I couldn’t have asked for any better service than that which was provided by the salesman I worked with, Joseph Biermann. He did an excellent job on the day of sale, but more importantly followed up afterwards and went out of his way to make sure everything was right. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt that he and the rest of the Watermark staff did an excellent job and should be commended for that. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
