Tom Madden was the most patient, caring salesperson. I took a week and changed my vehicle choice 3 times and Tom never seemed to be aggravated or impatient. He offered help and did whatever he could to satisfy my purchase choice. He was very thorough and professional but also very caring and personal. You just don't typically find a sales experience like this.
