by Lex on 05/24/2025I had a really good experience with Zeiglers service department. My car had a few issues going on with it but the local shops couldn't diagnose it. I took it to Zeigler and work with Rodrigo who was very helpful and provided what updates he… could as the technician worked on my car. It took them almost 3 days to figure out what was wrong with my car and another 7 days to complete the work. It was an extensive amount of work that needed to be performed which was pricey but Rodrigo worked with me on the pricing. This was greatly appreciated and now my car feels like new again. Oh, the complimentary Uber rides to and from the shop was a bonus. That was an unexpected perk that was appreciated.
