I had heard horror stories about how it took hours upon hours of… waiting and waiting in the process of buying a car. I was surprised at how fast they were able to secure financing and had me outside looking at a vehicle. I walked in looking for a particular used truck I saw online and I walked out No No ..I DROVE out in a BRAND NEW 2016 EQUINOX!! My 1st Brand New Car I have ever bought and he made the process painless and was able to give me just what I wanted! TJ even went over every single details about the car I need to know! I even came back a few days later with questions and he took the time out to speak with me and even got the car details while we talked!! I have been telling everyone about the Phillips Dealership!!
