I have dealt with several car dealerships on the North Shore over the years. My ex husband was a mechanic at a dealership in Highland Park for decades. After all my experiences, Chevy Exchange is the ONLY dealership that I have encountered… that works with a client and actually makes you feel like they care about you. It is because of the OUTSTANDING service, that I have purchased several cars from them. I can’t say enough good things about Chevy Exchange! My latest purchase of my brand new 2025 Chevy Trax was as usual a very good experience. From the salesman, Fuad, to the manager(s), to the service department… Each team member made me feel like they genuinely care about me and that I matter.
