Perry was prompt with the news of my new truck arriving and the team there was very accommodating in preparing the truck for us to bring home. After the sale the… service kept going with scheduling our paint protection and other work we wanted completed. Chris Phillips is the best

Chris Phillips was our salesman and suggested that we order a… truck instead. That way we got all of the options that we wanted and didn't have to sacrifice any of them. He walked us through step-by-step of the the ordering process and kept us updated of the status of the truck when it was being built. When the truck came in it was everything that we had want it. F150 Powerboost

He made the best of our nightmare ordering of the F150 Powerboost vehicle do to the chip shortage. We ordered it back in June. Knowing it could be a long… time. It wasn’t his fault because the shortage. Just maybe this will wake up all the manufacturers across the world not to be dependent on foreign sources. Build your own plants on your soil. Tim was thorough with showing us features on the truck which is at first overwhelming but you just have to play with the features. It’s new things and technology, which I’m a technology junkie. He reassured us to call anytime if we have issues. He was able to do all this even with battling with his lung issues. We really appreciated his kindness which we could tell was sincere. When arrived we were greeted by Tim a very helpful and friendly salesman. They made the customer feel… important. They were laid back and reminded us of the old mom and pop stores. They restored our faith in salesman. It is refreshing to know that there are honest salesman out there. Paper work was ready for me before I even looked at it. Once the test drive was completed,… myself and family with 3 kids under 5 were in and out in less then an hour. Pleasantly Surprised
by Mark McGill on 04/02/2021I hate buying a vehicle. I mean, I love the end result, but hate the process. I just want to snap my fingers and have the vehicle back home in my garage. I hate the game, the manipulation, and the stereotypical, condescending salesperson… persona. After wasting 8 hours of a vacation day at other dealerships in the STL area (taking off from work to truck shop), I finally arrived at Weber Ford around 5 pm. I brought with me, a cynical attitude and a negative outlook. I was immediately taken aback by my sales consultant’s (Alex Carver) positive demeanor and his dedication to making the rest of my buying experience not just tolerable, but enjoyable. My experience was low pressure from the beginning, as Alex suggested I test drive a few different trims to be certain I was buying the vehicle that was best suited for me. I understand a dealership has to make money, so I don’t think I’m an unreasonable negotiator. But Alex made the adjustments necessary to facilitate our final agreement on the purchase of my new 2021 Ford F-150. For that, I am grateful. I would absolutely recommend Alex and Weber to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I know I’ll be back!Your great feedback truly made our day!
