    First, I like to thank Roy Bode for his patience and kindness getting my car in and out in and explaining to me about the General Motors reward program, I have never used It didn't have no idea that I had money up to use toward my payment.     I was in and out in no time! The service department was very pleasant. They came and got me when my car was done. I was even a little early for my appointment, but that didn't matter. They still took me in and got me out early. Excellent service.

    I have been a long time service customer at George Weber in Granite City, IL. I have invested heavily in maintenance and repairs on my 2008 Chevy Silverado WT at the dealership. In 23 was $1502, in 24 was $1791 and in 25 was $1065. In 24 they started charging 2.99% to use your GM credit card which cost me an extra $50 in 24 and $30 in 25. In 25 they charge a $150 diagnostic fee even if you have then do the work. I also asked about a $90 discrepancy on labor charges between the estimate and the actual bill. I was told by the service writer that he actually should have charged me $25 more. He also informed me that the frame on my truck was rusted so bad the the truck should be salvaged and put out of service. He then gives me estimates for almost $2000 of more work that they recommend on the truck. I called other dealerships and they said they don't charge a diagnostic fee if they perform the work. Update March 2025: I was immediately contacted by the dealership management concerning my review. They wanted to know all about my experience on this service visit in question. I was told they would speak to the Service Advisor about my concerns. They also made things right, without getting into specifics. I will return to this dealership in the future and recommend to family and friends. It's nice to know they care about their customers.
