I was provided with a ride back home because the wait was going to be long and then was picked up at home when my car was… ready. Everyone was very pleasant.I am glad you where able to leave the car with us so we could complete all the repairs at one time. If you ever need to have work done on your car we could always give you a ride home while we work on it. Thank you for your business and drive safe.

Oil Change Service

Oil change was cleanly accomplished, the tire were not touched when they should have been.Sorry we missed your tires when you came in for your oil change. I had come in early in the week to just look around and ask a few questions. Angel didn't… pressure me and was very helpful. Because of that I came back and was ready to buy the Equinox. Angel treated me like family and made the experience easy and even fun. I had a certain list of features I needed because of a back surgery I had and Angel worked hard to find an Equinox that fit my list of needs perfectly. I love my new 2014 Equinox. Craig took the time to discuss my options and make sure I was completely satisfied with the car I left the… lot with. Best sales person I've ever dealt with and I have already recommended him to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle. Sean was just as amazing. He helped discuss my options and helped me to figure out exactly what I was looking for. He was just as patient and thoughtful. Excellent Sales Experience

I called Sunrise concerning a silver SS that was in transit to Sunrise and Luciano was the sales person who assisted me. He said he would contact me as soon as… the SS arrived. As promised, he called me and also sent me an email on the same day that it arrived. I then made an appointment with Luciano to view the car. When my family and I inspected the car with Luciano, I was very impressed with his very friendly, professional, and no pressure sales approach. He was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the operation of the controls. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The entire purchase process exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Sunrise Chevrolet.Luciano "Primo" as we call him is a true pro. His follow up and attention to detail makes the buying experience very enjoyable. The SS is a great choice and a rare car. by lilygirl1 on 09/27/2013updated 08/07/2025I came in on and worked with Brett i came in to get an issue with my Buick looked at while it was still under warranty. the people looking at my car also found 5 other things wrong with my car, some were safety issues that should have been… fixed before I bought the car from the other dealership. Brett was amazing helping me working with the warranty people and explaining things to me. even those the dealership I bought the car from was treating me very poorly. I got A++ from Brett and the rest of the people at sunrise.We are always willing to help and work with other warranty companies to get you the service and repairs covered. Poor dealership

He started adding destination charge, then some manifest discount was undone and one more. He added $2500 to internet price quote. And sales manager was even… worse. Sales guy was good. I will recommend to stay away. Goto Jeff Haggerty in glendale heights. He is much better experience.Best Car Buying Experience Ever
