I came on a day where it seemed that everyone in town wanted to buy or test drive a vehicle, but the staff focused on everyone, ensuring the customer was always… recognized. It took me a couple hours to make up my mind, but I choose a 2024 Traverse Z71 and after all send and done (about 4.5 hours) I drove my new car home. Joe and Bill in Sales were great to talk with while Mike was finishing up with… another customer before my appointment time too. I cant say enough good things about this dealership. Started having oil changes done on my previous vehicle and got a good gut feeling about the place through dealing with the Service Department people. by CAMcEvoy on 04/30/2016I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, thanks to Mike Haggerty at Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet! From the minute we walked in the door, I was impressed. My husband was with me, and Mike shook our hands… and asked how he could help us. My husband motioned toward me, and said "this is your customer." From that moment on, Mike focused on me, and continued to do so throughout the entire process. He was, of course, very cordial to my husband. However, all matters and/or questions related to the purchase were handed one-on-one with me. This was the first time, after specifically stating that I was one making the purchase, that we dealt with a salesman who actually GOT IT! For this alone, I'd give Mike ten stars! As for the negotiating process, that also went smoothly. Another first for me - the first time I did not walk out of a dealership. There was no reason to do it! We negotiated on price and some other points, and were able to compromise without the usual histrionics. Mike also responded promptly to all e-mails and calls, when I had a question. I will surely recommend Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet to anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle! Thanks again, Mike, for an A+ experience!Wonderful Experience

Happily, Mike Haggerty lived up to my expectations for a Haggerty purchase. He was easy to work with, accommodating to the vehicle… features and preferences that I was looking for, and provided me with an overall positive, no-hassle experience and purchase. As with all my Haggerty purchases, the thing that Ive appreciated almost as much as the vehicles themselves is the fantastic Customer Service. Ive been pleased to find that Mike Haggertys excellent Customer Service has continued beyond the actual purchase of my car, (and the Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet dealership as a whole). Whenever Ive contacted Mike for assistance or with questions, he has been extremely helpful, cooperative and gracious. by ST138 on 06/06/2015I recently purchased a CPO 2014 Chevy Sonic RS from Haggerty Chevrolet and it was the absolute best car buying experience possible. They have a huge inventory of vehicles to choose from that are all very reasonably priced. Kelley Blue Book… actually valued my Sonic at thousands above their asking price. Other dealers had higher prices on lesser models with substantially more miles. Kevin Healy is a true professional and did an amazing job in assisting me with my purchase. He was extremely friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Kevin addressed any concerns I had about the car and answered all of my questions quickly. He even gave me an extensive test drive without once trying to push for the sale. The financing department at Haggerty also does very good work. They were able to get me a short-term loan with low payments and interest rates. I was joking with Scott a bit and he had a great sense of humor about it. He offered the usual extended warranty packages with no pressure to buy anything. I would highly recommend Haggerty Chevrolet to family, friends or anyone in the market for a great deal. With their straightforward approach and fair pricing, they have won me over as a customer for life.Quick and Painless Buying Experience

Ryan was easy to deal with and not pushy (e.g., on the test drive, he was… pretty quite and just let me get to know the vehicle). When it was time to make a deal he said he could make it happen fast and he was right - from the time I walked in the front door, took the test drive and drove home with the truck it was only 2 hours. She had such a good experience that I decided to give them a chance when I started looking to upgrade my 2011 Chevy Equinox. It… was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. The dealership was clean and inviting. I got to work with Mike Haggerty and will be a return customer. He was kind and easygoing and I didn't feel pressured to purchase a vehicle or like he just trying to "make a sale." I only had to test drive one vehicle and that was the vehicle I drove home with. Mike fixed me up with exactly the vehicle that I wanted. He thoroughly explained all the upgraded features on my 2015 Chevy Equinox. He was very knowledgable on all the cars in the lot and answered every question I had.… He never pressured or pushed me to look at anything I wasn't interested in. Once I choose to buy my truck Tony and the rest of the team made the whole process quick and easy. by kapilville on 09/13/2007I have purchased many vehicles from Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet, used and new. The used-car sales staff can be, well, ...they're used car salespeople...what do you expect? But still, all things considered, an above average experience. On… the new car side...sales people know their stuff!. They've never let me walk away for the want of a better deal. Management is polite and not too pushy. The finance manager is excellent! ...he actually steered me away from some of the shadier after-market warranty companies...whose product he sells, but doesn't recommend. Inventory is generally plentiful and they have been generous with their test drives...allowing me to take vehicles overnight etc. I once sent a friend of mine who is a single mom to purchase a car at this dealership. I did call the finance manager ahead of time to let him know I was sending her. Amazingly, the friend was treated well and offered a very fair deal....no squirly moves that a lot of dealers like to pull, like scotchguard for the seats, or credit life insurance, or sky-high rates etc. The general manager and finance manager know how to make repeat customers out of people. Sometimes I wish they sold something other than a Chevy so I could buy more vehicles from them.
