The sticky point was my trade in, but they were very willing to work with me and gave a very fair value for my… trade. Constantly losing parts
by PissedWarrantyClaim on 04/26/2023I get that we are in supply chain issues in the current age. I had two warranty parts. One came in after 3 or 4 weeks. The other took maybe 8 weeks; the service tech wanted me to wait to do both items in one service appt. When I took my… vehicle in, the Service person Efren said they lost the part. And he would need to reorder it again. Wait 3-4 more weeks. I call to confirm the part was in and was told by Pam it was; she followed up with me the day before my scheduled appt that the part was, in fact, received. Today I took my vehicle in and was told they couldn't find the part *again*. This is unacceptable. What a waste of my time.Thank you for bringing this to our attention. by Otto Vilcek on 01/12/2023Buying a new car is rough. You want to buy a nice car but you have to weigh price and financing and a lot of other stuff. But do you think about service? Probably not. Hawk DCJR has excellent service techs that know what they are doing… and are very responsive to the customer. My last oil change is a good example. The service advisor, Rogelio, told me the wait would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was surprised to be handed my keys, fob, in just over an hour. Every one of my oil changes have been the same, very timely. Not just oil changes, but other service. Hawk service techs want to get the customer in and out with out too much of a wait. When you buy a car, thing about service. Hawk DCJR has very good service.Excellent service

First time mom getting an oil change
by Bonnie on 10/28/2022I went in for oil change, with no appointment. I was taken care of right away. The service guy was helpful opening the doors while I had my newborn with me. The oil change was faster than I expected and I was helped with my baby all the way… to truck. Very Happy MomBonnie, Thank you for choosing us to service your vehicle! NEVER AGAIN
by Joanne Doe on 10/19/2022This service department always take along time to repair your car they took six days to do mine the said they had to wait for the part but they make them six days and $2000 later I’m back driving they charged me $1500 just for service and… to top it off only $40 was the taxes for all that pls have your sales rep to go over your receipt especially women I think they get over on usJoanne, Thank you for your feedback. My 2019 truck repair
by Anna N on 10/17/2022I was having problems with my 2010 truck that I bought at Hawks ,I called the service and spoke to Annmarie Sedlacek , I told her what was going on with my truck ,Annmarie was very understanding and at that time I was very sick ,but she… kelp communicating with me to let me know what was done on my truck and even got me an oil change ,and a rental which thank god I didn’t need because my truck was fixed just in time ,I really recommend Hawks dodge Jeep for service or even if you need a truck to buy .thank you again .Thanks for the kind words Anna! Good Service

I was on my way in less than an hour. I had a few questions beyond the… ordinary oil change, as I am going on a long trip and didn't want to have any problems. I took my ram to this dealer months ago to get an oil change, but since I seen many videos of these places Stiffing customers not Replacing the parts, I marked the oil… filter just to make sure that they would actually change it. When I got the truck back I forgot to check the oil filter but I did check when I got home, to my surprise they did not change the oil filter but I couldn’t say anything because I had already taken the truck and drove away with it. Today I took the truck again to get an oil change but this time I took a video of me marking the oil filter prior to driving it to the dealer. an hour later my truck was already done and as soon as I got it I checked the oil filter and sure enough they did not change it again!! the marks were there, but this time I did not drive the car home instead I got the manager and the technician to come out to show them the video and pictures of me recording the marking of the filter . Long story short they brought the truck back inside and change the oil filter and the oil, but this time me being present right next to my truck because I couldn’t trust them to do anything good on my car any more. There is no excuses for such a thing risking my engine to go bad to save a few bucks on an oil filter. please do not take your car to get service at this dealer, and if you do make sure that you get the parts that you were getting replace mark so they don’t do the same to you. I did file a complaint with corporate if you’re reading this review and something similar happen to you, please do the right thing , don’t stay quiet, don’t settle for a free oil change make the right thing and file a complaint so they stop stealing and risking your Hard earned money. ( I was hoping to get an apology from the technician but nothing!I told him that I was going to make this review and he told me to go ahead and make the review, that he was not going to get in trouble anyway that it was not going to affect him. it seems like this is a common practice at this dealer) name of tech was Raul.Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
