by John Doe on 04/01/2025Jeff Williams was great throughout the process. I’m new to US so things took a bit longer than I had hoped but Jeff was very responsive and found us a solution at the end.The worst and shady dealership ever !!!
by Vladimir U on 01/19/2025Be aware of [non-permissible content removed] , they gave me 2k less for my car than Carvana and Carmax and ( they have a false advertising that they pay more than Carmax )when I showed them the offers they said that "they don't know what… those guys are smoking". Even though I told them that I don't want any add ons they still added me a GAP insurance , I have told them I don't need that but they said that I can just cancel it and they will give me a check . It's been canceled on the GAP insurance company since 2 months and they still didn't give my money back , they are also not responding to my phone calls/voicemails . The worst and shady dealership ever !!!Awesome car buying experience

We had visited a few dealerships but this dealership and the positive experience made us come… back. Layla had the right balance of following up and not being pushy. She was very respectful of our choices and decisions and guided us accordingly. At no point did we feel pressured which is not always the case when you are buying a car. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and will strongly recommend this dealership. Layla has been helping us with some questions we have even after the purchase has been made. A surprise experience

Excellent Dealership!

From the salesperson, Chris, to the Sales Manger Mo, to the finance manager Robert who all went above and beyond to ensure that the car we were looking for met all our needs and… wants. We first came there in July looking for a safe and reliable vehicle for our daughter attending medical school. Chris and Mo guided us in the direction of the CX-5 with all the safety features we desired. We ended up with the carbon edition CX-5. It is gorgeous and our daughter was and is still ecstatic with her new car. The finance manager Robert Hamilton guided us through the purchasing process with ease, understanding and guidance. It was seamless. Fast forward, we were looking to purchase a vehicle for myself and where else would we go but The Autobarn Mazda. I now have a spectacular CX5 that I absolutely love. It was an easy decision and was based on the positive experiences we had with the staff at this location. A very good car buying experience
by Steve R on 10/26/2022My sales rep, Jeffrey Williams, did a fantastic job to make sure I got what I needed. I traded in two cars for one top-of-the-line SUV, in time for winter. He came to my house to pick up the second car so I didn’t have to worry about… getting it to the dealership. Most things went smoothly. I paid the balance in cash, which cut out a lot of paperwork. There was a slight mixup with the mileage statements on the two trade-ins, but that was resolved via email the next day. I found everyone at the dealership to be friendly and helpful. I also didn’t feel pressured to buy add-ones I didn’t want, as happened at my previous dealer. My only (minor) complaint is that the car included a set of black lug nuts (a $175 option), but they had not been installed when I picked up the car. I had to go back a few days later and pay $33 + tax for the installation. I know that’s not a huge amount, but I felt the installation should have been free.Hi, Steve! The rep sitting next to Chris, Lewis helped me get insurance for my vehicle.… The guy who I signed my paperwork with was also pleasant. The experience was good.Excellent Service & Sales !

Lewis is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products, but more than that, he's so… easy to work with. I never felt pressured into purchasing a car, or to make a quick decision. Lewis was with me every step of the way, answering all my questions. The first time I purchased a Mazda through Lewis, he was so memorable that when I needed to go back 3 years later to either re-finance or trade-up, I immediately thought of him. When I gave him a call, I was so surprised to learn he not only remembered me from 3 years prior, but was able to meet with me asap to help me get my situation figured out. Lewis, along with all the team members at Autobarn Evanston, are experts! by Shamique on 07/08/2018This is the worst dealership to buy a car. The sales person is very dishonest and just want to make a sale and commission. I bought my car from autobarn Mazda. I was told that the car was just service and wouldn't need service until 6… months. Well that was not so as after driving my car for a week I started having issues. I told back to them I was informed that it's wear and tear. What work they did on my car didn't fix the issue and I had to take it to another dealer and spend over $1000.00 to get my car fix. Share yourself the headache and buy your car elsewhere. This company deserve no star I only click on a star because it's the only way I able to submit this review.All you can ask for!
