A Raving Review on My New Genesis
by campuscop_343 on 10/22/2015I want to thank Jeff Matzkin and Joe Lipira for their excellent salesmanship. Neither one pushed me into buying a car. They spent time going over what I wanted and even surpassed my expectations when we decided on my new Genesis. Lipira… gave me a fair price on my expiring leased vehicle and the reasons for turning in the vehicle now. Matzkin spent over 2 hours on training me on this technological masterpiece of a vehicle. I wish we had more salesmen in the car business like these two. Keep up your excellent salesmanship and kindness. Thank you Mr. Wilkins for your great products and excellent employees.Wilkins Hyundai is an outstanding dealership.

Wilkins is just a very good, very honest, old-fashioned (in the best way) dealership. They treat you professionally -- and they don't… waste your time. I'm just mad I didn't know about Wilkins and Vito D. years ago. I'd recommend working with them to any friend or neighbor.great sales and customer service to boot

They followed up with me the next day to see how things were going and the day after that to, to… let me know my first maintenance check up would be in three months.No Follow up from Salesman

I went in to see the new 2014 vehicles considered up grading, saw the same salesman and he didn't seem interested enough, so I left. I went to the Auto Show and liked the Sante… Fe Sport, however I am considering going to another dealership for purchase. What a shame! Service is good....salesman does not understand customer relations. The only reason for not recommending this dealership is because of the salesman. If I could deal with a mature salesman who understands relations and future sales I might consider them.
