Happened to schedule the service on the same weekend as a pet… adoption event at the dealership. While I waited, I figured I'd check it out. One hour later, I left with my serviced SUV...and a new puppy.Great Subaru Forester

The staff are friendly, helpful, and thorough in their explanations of service. The mechanics are also… good at what they do as I've never had to bring it back because an issue wasn't resolved. I plan to continue to get my service done at Brilliance and plan to buy my next car at there when that time comes.Service

Later my wife and I came in and met with sales associate Keith Johnson. He did a great job of… service to us. Later, all did a great job on the purchase date. Keith Johnson did a good job demonstrating and showing us the inside of the Forester and all the control switches, buttons, etc. The finance person, Jeremy was also a very friendly and helpful person. Always efficient
by Rnh on 07/25/2023I have Ben, 2 other Subaru dealers in the past. And they are not nearly as efficient as Brilliance. I have never had an issue with the correct work not being performed on my vehicle and the top it off, they are very friendlyQuick and complete.
by Aileen Vogel on 07/18/2023I pulled my car in to the service bay with no appointment and told the attendant my low tire pressure indicator was on. They said they would check it out and get back to me in about 30 minutes. I was out in about 45 minutes with my tire… fixed and filled, no more low pressure indicator.
