    I really enjoyed purchasing my Altima through this dealership. I come in with a trade in, and they gave me more then I expected. I seen an ad in the newspaper, and they had the car. I received a call from the owner thanking me for my purchase. I don't know what better car buying experience I could be looking for.

    We knew we would be purchasing another Nissan after having such a great experience with our Maxima. We had 3 dealers of equal distance, and were led to M’lady based on a few friends good experience. The process of buying a new car can be trying to say the least, but found everyone at M’lady was going out of their way to make it as pleasurable as possible. We were able to come to an agreement within a reasonable amount of time. So far we are very excited about our new Altima. The day we were there, M’lady was actually having a free BBQ lunch for their employees and customer. What a nice touch.

    Watch out for bait/switch tactic. I requested internet quote which specified all features. When quote came in it seemed pretty low but I went in anyway only to find out the quote they gave was not for the features I requested. Onsite and on contract the numbers were all messed up. Price of car was full price, inflated trade in value, etc. Needless to say I paid more for the car than I should have. Be careful.

    Long story short, was looking for a Murano based on their 'advertised special' and by the time they added in all of the fees they refused to tell me via the internet quote, it was out of my price range. The most frustrating part is that I asked the internet contact, Patti, to include destination and only the rebates I was eligible for and she said she did, but when I arrived, things changed. They tried to talk me into a Rogue, which I drove and wasn't impressed, especially after driving the Murano, so I walked. Ended up buying a Kia Sorento and the Kia dealership gave me $2,000 more for my trade than M'Lady's 'best offer'. See if you can identify a common theme of all of the positive reviews. All mention all of the dealership employees, by name. Real reviews don't consistently do that.

    We bought a Maxima last night and our salesman, Yaseen was great. He was laid back and did not try to push into a new car. Mir, the manager was flexible and helped to get us the best price to fit our needs. Betty Jo, the customer service rep was absolutely a delight to work with! She has such a hospitable approach to making sure that you are well taken care of! Lastly, Brian, in the finance department, made it quick, yet efficient while signing of our papers.

    The service was phenomenal! Not only was I in and out of there in what seemed like 20 minutes, but I felt like a king by the time I left. I can't say enough about Joe Di Bella, the service advisor and Benny Espinosa, the certified technician. They were professional and helpful and made coming into your facility a welcome pleasure.

    I can't even begin to explain how TERRIFIC the people at M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake are. My dad is a salesman, so he went in expecting to have to haggle and bargain with the sales representatives. We ended up getting a brand new Nissan Versa for a terrific price without any trouble. Sam, our sales representative, was really patient and helpful. I can't thank him enough. Mir helped us settle on the terrific price and even helped us get the monthly payments down into our budget range. Thanks, Mir! Betty Jo, with customer service, was a joy. She made sure that we were please with our experience with M'Lady Nissan, and helped to explain a few car packages that were offered. Her sense of humor and helpfulness helped us feel secure with our decision. We sealed the deal with Scott, the finance manager, and were out the door. I would encourage anyone to come to M'Lady Nissan next time you are looking to buy a car.

    The people are great! I felt very comfortable with the sales people and staff. Very friendly AND I got a great deal! The warranty/services included will also be a pleasure with their great facility! I highly recommend M'Lady!

    My wife and I just bought at 2014 Nissan Altima. It was a low pressure experience. We are really enjoying the car so far. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

    I would like so say Thank you to Jim M'Lady Nissan for making the car buying experience so easy, without pressure and being able to enjoy our new truck. This is 4th purchase for ourselves and we have had two friends purchase vehicles. We drive over an hour to get to Crystal Lake and will continue to purchase our vehicles Jim M'Lady. Thank You Abe, Sevaro managers, Bryan in Finance and especially Scott in Sales. They all know that we come in knowing what we want, have researched our purchase and are on limited time. We were in and out with our purchase under 3 hours. FANTASTIC.

    We worked with Yaseen and Mir at M'Lady Nissan and Bryan in finance helped us a great deal along with Betty Jo. They each were a pleasure to work with and we walked out of there with the car we wanted, at a price we could live with! Very friendly and helpful staff.

    Purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra from Ed G. - good salesman, customer focused, no nonsense, and willing to work with you. Be aware of the John the finance guy, I thought he was my "advocate", but he's there to sell you add-ons. One add-on that I got snookered on was the window etching policy for $219. He made it sound like it was non-negotiable. You sign a whole bunch of documents in this part of the process, so I take full responsibility for signing the one document that stated I was fully aware that the window etching policy was voluntary. I got home and read it and said to myself, "son of a gun" you were had. So lesson learned - window etching is "VOLUNTARY" - the document has voluntary bolded like that.

    The experiance was great. My buddy reccomended me to the dealership because they don't play games. I hate going into a dealership and having to play a game of poker. I told them what I could do and they made it happen, easy as that. The staff was great and didn't pressure us at all. If nothing else just go in and say hello to Betty Jo!! She is quite a character and makes you feel right at home. Thanks M'Lady Nissan!!!

    My old car's transmission broke, so I came here to look for a car. The salesman was very helpful and showed me a car that I really liked. Then he showed me what the upgrade would be and it was beautiful. I love it. It was a very good experience and the people were very nice.

    Had a great experiences at M Lady. I was able to turn in my lease that a I received from them two years ago and get the new 2013 sentra. The staff at M Lady is amazing Scott, Mir, Yaseen and Betty Joe really helped me out when it came to get the car and getting a good deal on my lease. I completely recommend coming into this location they are great with their customers and really help you find the car that is right for you. Will be going back when I need a new car :)

    The only thing negative I could say is that I was there for a very long time but it did result in a great new Nissan Sentra in my garage. Jimmy, Geoff and Betty Jo were very helpful as were the sales managers at making a deal happen at I price I was confortable with in the end. They were even very understanding when I had to return as I forgot my house keys on my trade in key chain. Top notch place with fantastic customer service!

    After purchasing our last car from m lady nissan, we just went into the dealer to look at a new car after an internet inquiry. I went in and was greeted by Brian. I told him about the altima I had seen online. with no pressure he got some info from me and I took the car for a spin. Then I decided to have him give me some rough numbers on my trade in value and payments of the new car. After a little bit of crunching numbers Brian was able to offer us a great deal on the altima with a really good interest rate. Once we decided to purchase the car the process went very smoothly. In the end we walked out with a new car that met our terms and were very pleased with our experience, and would definitely recommend Them if your in the market for a new car. I know we will be back in the future. Good work guys keep it up. Shawn S

    I have bought many vehicles through many different dealers in my lifetime, but my experience at M'Lady is by far the best experience I ever had. They were freindly, not pushy, allowed me and my wife to experience what we wanted to without pressure. They also payed special attention to ensure our financing was the best we could qualify for, they even adjusted the rate after all the original paperwork was completed because they found a better rate at the last minute. This is exceptional service all around. I would recommend M'Lady to anyone searching for a vehicle or anyone who may have questions about what they might need.
